    Exceptional + The place is spacious and offers a luxurious yet comfortable atmosphere, easily accommodating 10 people. The host is very helpful and responds quickly.

    Expensive, but worth it + excellent upmarket property. − For those rates one would expect more complete instructions in English. As frequently in Japan, communication is a problem even with translation software, and facilities can be unfamiliar to Westerners. It took us several days to work out how to fill the hot bath, and the aircon remotes remained a mystery to the end, despite Google Translate.
