Excellent !!!👌🏼 + L’emplacement, proche de tout en voiture. Un bus passe devant l’hôtel. Le personnel tellement attentionné et gentil. Les equipements de l’hotel (onsen, boutique à l’intérieur, parking gratuit, etc…) − J’ai tout aimé sauf peut-etre les futons qui ne sont pas confortables car très fins mais je ne peux pas critiquer cela car ce sont des futons traditionnels. Privilégiez les chambres avec les lits pour plus de confort.

Un séjour dans un très bel hôtel. Avec tout ce qui faut pour passer un moment relaxant + Un très jolie endroit. C’est paisible. Avec le onsen. On passe un très bon moment. En plus pour le niveaux de prestation le prix est vraiment correct − Un côté assez strict. Tu ne peux pas partir avec la clé du coup un petit stress car je ne savais pas s’il y avait un couvre feu. La communication étant un petit peu compliqué.

+ 部屋もきれいですし、スタッフの対応もとても親切で良かったです。 特に料理は、地元の食材をふんだんに使い、品数も豊富で、全て完食しました。大満足でした。 夕食だけでなく朝食も充実した食事でした。

+ An absolutely stunning experience! All the hotel staff were extremely friendly and enthusiastic, behaving like hosts welcoming distinguished guests. Even though we could only communicate in English with difficulty, they made great efforts to overcome this barrier and were incredibly patient.The dining experience at the hotel was fantastic, with flavors and dishes that were truly impressive. Every guest dines in a private room.The inn is built around a pond and gardens, a two-story wooden structure that is also very quiet. The rooms include a living room, bedroom, bathroom, shower room, and a balcony—plenty of space even for a family of four without feeling crowded.The hotel also provides shuttle service to and from Shimoda. Despite the language barrier, the driver was very patient with family members who were unexpectedly delayed and couldn't arrive on time. − The bathroom hot water is onsen (hot spring) water, but the flow isn't very strong; you can go to the public hot spring bath…

落ち着いて過ごせる旅館 + 館内がとても綺麗でした。日本らしいお宿でしたが、古びた感じはなく快適に過ごすことができました。 また、スタッフの方々の対応も気持ちの良いものでした。 ありがとうございました。

Un tarif totalement injustifiable au regard de l’établissement + Un personnel adorable et très serviable. Un parking gratuit en face de l’établissement. Très grande chambre. − La liste des déceptions est malheureusement longue. Cet établissement a certainement connu de belles années, mais il est aujourd’hui extrêmement vieillissant et, selon nous, absolument rien ne justifie les tarifs pratiqués. Nous avons payé 407 € la nuit au mois d’août, ce qui en a fait l’hôtel le plus cher de tout notre voyage au Japon, alors même que nous avons séjourné exclusivement dans des établissements 4 et 5 étoiles, pour des tarifs parfois nettement inférieurs. À plus de 400 € la nuit, nous sommes en droit d’attendre des équipements en excellent état, une literie de qualité, une propreté irréprochable et, plus généralement, un niveau de prestation en adéquation avec le prix demandé.
