Am disappointed and sad + Nothing − I paid for a hotel and I was given something else from what I paid for. My hotel was cancelled without my knowledge. And I was informed when I almost 2minute to the hotel. My taxi fair was not refunded to me. Am completely not happy and will never come to your hotel again.

correspondait bien à notre choix + proche de notre destination, facile d'accès depuis la gare de Lyon. Personnel très accueillant Petit déjeuner très copieux Propreté impeccable Lits confortables Eclairage dans la chambre exceptionnel (rare ) − Robinets de la douche bloqués, ne fonctionnaient pas.

Pour 200 euros la nuit…c’est abusé + La gentillesse du réceptionniste La Climatisation Vue sur cour donc partie à l’écart de la circulation − La chambre sans salle de bain ( lavabo dans la chambre) Le mécanisme de la douche : usine à gaz L’isolation :aucune, comme si on dormait dans les escaliers, en particulier le matin L’éclairage : pas de liseuse , de grandes appliques murales placées à 2 mètres de haut, Un lit en 140

Great location, wonderful sheets an a quiet place to rest. + The front desk team was awesome. Éric made everything possível to meet my needs. He was very polite and generous. − The cost-benefit in hotels in Paris is not a great deal, and so is this case. But I believe this is a fact relate to the city itself.
