We did not get what we booked. Booking.com should check the partners advertising more carefully. + We did not get what we booked. It was embarrassed to have received 2 bed-room apartment for a booking of 3-bedroom for 5 adults. Luckily the hoat did manage to change another apartment for us at FLC Sea Tower with extra cost. − The apartment is small, living room and kitchen combined was filled with an extra bed, we could have no space to move comfortably. We then had to pay extra to move to another apartment.

TMS Residence, not a Pullman + Good location (near beach), spacious room (had separate bedroom), filtered water tap available, large tv in living room (which was not useable which I'll explain why below), view of beach from balcony, room was clean, well built interior (all wood cupboards, drawers), room was quiet, 2 x separate A/C in bedroom and living area. − Room I booked from photos on booking.com was not what we got (deceptive advertising on booking.com, our room number was 1917). Room had no sofa/couch to watch the new large tv or any furnishings to make it feel cosy (there was a dining table), I complained and got an extra tv mounted to wall in bedroom as a fix so we could lie comfortably to watch tv (not happy but put up with it as I didn't want the hassle of leaving which was my first instinct). No hot water in shower (only basin had hot water if you turned 20A switch on). Bed was on small size (don't believe it was as advertised), had awful synthetic mattress covering and cra…

Квартира не соответствовала тому, что указано в описании + Постельное белье и полотенца были чистые, был минимальный набор посуды, красивый вид на море. Кондиционеры в каждой комнате, работали хорошо. Напор воды хороший. − В первую очередь не понравилось то, что мы бронировали квартиру другой планировки. Мы хотели жить в квартире, где в каждой спальне есть окно, и двери спален выходят не в гостиную, а в коридор. Нам было это крайне важно. Бронировала я очень заранее и сразу уточнила у хозяина, в каждой ли спальне окно. Получила утвердительный ответ. По факту при заселении оказалось все не так. Была одна спальня с окном, одна без окна, обе двери выходили в гостиную. Квартира оказалось меньшей площади. Других вариантов хозяин предложить не мог. Только отмену бронирования. Это очень плохо. Зачем вводить людей в заблуждение? Что еще не понравилось. Был очень пыльный пол. Я хотела сама его помыть, но не нашла тряпку. Посуды можно было бы и побольше. Было 2 чашки, 2 плоских тарелки, 2 гл…

Fraud. Should not be on Booking.com 👎🏾 + I discovered scams in these locations. − This property was fraudulently listed as available, allowing you to book only for them to announce it was unavailable at the last minute. This left me unable to find any alternative solution during the Quốc Khánh holiday. I hope Booking.com investigates this soon; meanwhile, I'll let karma handle the rest.
