In and out convenient spot + Central location. Very nice and accommodating staff. − Is not quiet, you can hear people walking talking and brushing their teeth/gargling while being inside your room.

Amabilidad 100% asegurada. + Excelente ubicación en el centro mismo de Pasto, lo que permite recorrer los lugares turísticos de la ciudad a pie. Habitación amplia y cómoda. El personal súper amable y servicial, siempre con una sonrisa y bien predispuesto a ayudar en lo que uno pueda necesitar. Wifi con muy buena señal. − La habitación no tiene aire acondicionado ni calefacción por lo que tuve que solicitar una manta extra para apaciguar el frío durante la noche. El desayuno básico y con poca variedad.

Expectativas poco satisfechas. + Mejorar calidad del café y el pan. Sugiero variar la fruta, la porción es adecuada para niños. − El excesivo ruido enrededor del hotel. No es compatible el precio con el lugar. Sugiero deben variar el desayuno, mejor calidad del pan. He estado en otros países y la infraestructura hotelera es de mejor calidad. El personal muy atento y gentil con el huésped, hace falta mayor información respecto a actividades culturales, las librerías, sus precios son excesivamente altos, similarmente los costos en restaurantes. Son necesarias guías turísticas. A las 7 de la noche, el centro histórico está completamente desolado. Cuando viajo a un país me gusta que haya actividades culturales y la ciudad, al parecer no ofrece. No cumple con mis expectativas e interés.
