Trouble in the heart of Sofia + The very city center. Problem free entry. − Loud music from the neighboring bar, until the morning hours. Impossible to sleep. Broken bed. Broken main door handle. No amenities (except for a piece of used soap).

One of the main reasons I enjoyed my stay in Sofia + Amazing cultural experience and staff were embracing and kind. I was late to the venue and needed to stay an extra night, the manager and host were both very amicable. − Some facilities were not available but it is what it is

Great location. Probably acceptable for a single night. + Great location. Lots of restaurants and important landmarks around the area. Host was polite. If you are only around for one night, this could be a good option for you. − Cleanliness was far below standard. Visible cobwebs in the bathroom and windows. Wobbly bed. Towels were quite old, and a bit smelly.

Dont go there really bad + Nothing − They told booking i have stolen 2 towels. Towels were dirty i had my own towel. I asked boss on whats up to extend one day and i told him ill let him know if its gonna be avaliable maybe ill taks it. I told him after few hours i dont need it he asked me to pay half amout of rental. I sat why we agree with confirmation in few hours. So he lay to booking i have stolen 2 towels ;(

Not a good stay. + Good location − There is a night club in the back of it, in this place there can be no sleep. Very cold.

Good + the location and the interior − you can't adjust the temperature, I wish it was warmer, there is no comfortable place to sit and the bed is not stable, there is no shampoo and shower gel

Беше добре като цяло. + Че има хладилник и малка, но функционираща кухня. Мястото е много добре аранжирано, за бивш гараж. Като цяло има бутиков вид. Съседката е добра жена, както и нейните котки(големи сладури). Ключалката на входната врата е електронна, което е много удобно на излизане и влизане. Локацията е много добра, все пак е на центъра на София. − Няма телевизор(поне един малък няма да е лошо да се сожи). Няма комарник на прозореца. Няма климатик, следобед има нужда от такъв(особенно в най-големите жеги, със сигурност е задължителен). Няма вентилатор(щом няма климатик, поне най-малкото което може да се направи е за присъствието на вентилатор). WI-FI връзката все едно я нямаш, защото ти дават парола, но не помнят точното име за мястото където сте. Пробвах всички имена, от огромня списък. Не се получи!

+ Location is amazing, the best one I could have got. It's cool even without AC as it's a basement − They lied about free parking, they said "you can find free parking in the street" which is a lie when it comes to center of Budapest, and "Free Parking" filter was very important to me. Ended up paying extra for a parking 15 minute walk away. The bed was very soft with loud springs, and bed frame was structurally not the best. Also, as it's a basement, the basement is damp and moist and it's very hard to get fresh air circulating especially after a shower.

+ Good value for the money, small but equipped. − There were some mosquitos and most importantly, there was music blasting through the walls from one surrounding club every night from Thursday to Saturday at 4am. Good thing I’m a psychiatrist and brought sleeping pills.

Pel preu que te esta bé + Molt ben situat, un estudi preciós amb tot el necessari per estar i cuinar mínimament. − La cuina una mica bruta i vella, algunes plaques no funcionen. Falten alguns estris de cuina bàsics com escorredor o remenador pero et pots apanyar. Alguns problemes si el check in el fas més tard de les 19h, t'avisen quan ja has fet la reserva.

Molto deludente + Solo la posizione centrale della struttura − Struttura Sporca, ho avuto allergia per tutto il tempo del mio pernottamento, signora che ti accoglie e torna per il checkout veramente poco cordiale. Mancava L’asciugacapelli ho dovuto aspettare il pomeriggio del giorno seguente per farmi una doccia completa. Inoltre il gancio della doccia era rotto
