Beautiful cosy apartment. + Beautiful little apartment right on the doorstep of the Old Town. A very cosy and comfortable place to come back after a day out. Fantastic location. Good/swift communication with the property management and resolved issues quickly. − Had an issue with hot water on my first day, but was resolved very quickly after contacting property management. Internet was patchy at times and the kitchen could do with a toaster.

Great central location no parking but close to everything. + Great central location close to everything, amazing ceiling decor and great modern interior. Clean place. Never met the owner, key was locked in a box so easy to do self check in. − There was a strong sewer odour in the bathroom. It smelt like sewer gas is coming back through the drain. I suspect a trap issue or a venting problem.

Brilliant location and size, needs more hot water + Location in Old Town is brilliant. Property is spacious. − Shower hot water only lasts 5 minutes. Netflix app on TV doesn’t work. Only a microwave and mini-fridge so no way to cook—not sure why there are cooking utensils in drawers. You can smell the restaurant downstairs frying potatoes.

Квартира в центре Праги на 1-2 дня + Спасибо что поселили не много раньше в 12:00, центральної расположения , в квартире было тепло ( апрель месяц) , горячая вода бывает заканчивается как повезет , на кухне есть чайник Хорошо , плиты нет если надо готовить кушать − Ремонт старый немного, матрас прогибается когда садишься на кровать и бьешся об кровать,подушки и одеяло бы стоило помнять ето одно название и постель мятая очень плохая с плямами от старости

+ Wirklich tolle Lage. So richtig Mitten in der Altstadt und trotzdem gut isoliert. Sehr gute Ausstattung nur das warme Wasser hat irgendwann ein Ende. Ein wirklich interessantes Appartement, sehr zu empfehlen − Bei der Beschreibung stand das der Parkplatz dazugehörig ist. Dem war nicht so, sondern wurden wir auf ein Parkhaus verwiesen, der auch nicht gerade um die Ecke war, was noch zusätzliche Kosten bedeutet. Aber das Parken in Prag ist eh eine Geschichte für sich.

Comfortable apartment in the heart of the Old Town + Location was so good, right in the middle of the Old Town. Very spacious apartment and has everything you need for a visit to Prague. After a mix up of the keys, someone still came out at 2am in the morning to bring another key, so the host has been very reliable. − Though I believe this was a once off, there was a mix up with the keys which meant I had to wait for someone to come out after triple checking that the key will be in the right lock box.

Great place to stay, with a great location and plentiful amenities! + First off, the washing machine came in handy! The location is excellent as it is right inbetween the Orloj and Charles Bridge, and metro and trams are extremely close and easy to get to. The road outside is busy but the windows do a great job of blocking all of the noise.

I loved it here and would definitely stay again. + It was a good size, great location, very clean & comfortable. − Occasionally there was a bad sewerage smell but this didn’t detract from my stay.

+ Appartement joliment décoré et situé en plein centre de la Vieille-Ville, tout est faisable à pied. La literie est confortable, la pièce est grande et haute de plafond. − Contrairement à ce qui est indiqué dans l'annonce, il n'y a pas de chambre et séjour séparés mais une seule pièce avec un lit et un canapé. La rue est très touristique (boutiques, cafés, restaurants) et le bruit monte dans l'appartement, sans compter celui du frigo : des boules quies sont indispensables si vous avez le sommeil léger. Il y a effectivement un forte odeur d'égout dans la salle de bain, qui rend la toilette désagréable. Enfin, l'appartement est très sombre, ce qui le rend peu agréable dans la durée.
