− the wash room wasn't in the apartment and is shared, people left the clothes in the machine and there no rules to explain, if they can be removed or not. As a result I had to wait hours to use the machine

+ Отличные чистые апартаменты, оснащенные всем необходимым! Вид с балкона великолепный! Купаться можно как в бассейне, так и в чистейшем озере с лебедями. Рядом парк "Швейцария в миниатюре" и красивая набережная для прогулок. Очень рекомендую апаратаменты!

+ Sehr schöne Appartements mit super Poolanlage. Herrliche Ruhe bei fantastischem Ausblick. Guter abgesperrten Parkplatz mit Schranke die bei der Ausfahrt automatisch öffnet. − Ein ganz wenig Schimmel im Bad, aber nicht schlimm. Man musste den Müll selbst raus bringen... Aber schon ok

− Dear Sir or Madam, I am writing regarding our stay at your facility from 14.07. to 21.07. to express my profound dissatisfaction with the condition of the accommodation. The services provided were in no way consistent with the booked standard, which significantly impaired our vacation. I would like to draw your attention to the following serious defects, which I have documented in the attached photographs: Safety issues: A missing plank on the jetty poses an acute risk of injury, which could lead to serious accidents. Furthermore, the lawn area was so poorly maintained that my son was injured by a bee sting. Hygiene: The main pool was heavily contaminated with duck feces. The children's pool was also in a hygienically unacceptable condition for the entire duration of our stay, which did not improve despite your operations. + The pool area was nice otherwise my opinion is it's been a lovely hotel in its day. But needs lots of attention − After finding the apartment, and speaking to staff on the phone to say we arrived no one came to reception area to meet us, we didn't know if we were in the correct apartments as the name outside is completely different . We tried speaking to a male member of staff but he couldn't understand me and I couldn't understand him. We believed we were in the wrong place and ready to leave when a female member of staff appeared and gave us the keys to the apartment. Certainly very unwelcome start to our stay. The hairdryer in bathroom didn't work nor did the grill on the balcony , for the first day we didn't have hot water but eventually we spoke to a person the following day and hot water was resumed. We couldn't find cups for tea but there was small glass bowls without handles so maybe this was used for tea. Sofa bed is not comfortable for…
