Perfect in every way – we can't wait to return! + From the moment we arrived, The Priory felt like a home from home. Our room was beautifully presented, with a gorgeous roll-top bath, an exceptionally comfortable bed and luxurious bedding that made it hard to leave in the morning. Everything had been thoughtfully considered. The room was well equipped with a kettle, a generous selection of hot drinks and biscuits, and all those little touches that make a stay feel special. Guests also have access to a lovely communal lounge complete with a log burner for cosy evenings, along with a fridge and wine glasses – perfect for relaxing after a day exploring the area. Breakfast was absolutely superb and one of the best we've had. Everything was delicious and beautifully prepared – I enjoyed every last bite. Sarah was a wonderful host: friendly, welcoming and genuinely committed to making guests feel at home. Her attention to detail shines through in every aspect of the property. Middleham …

Loved our stay in lovely house with a great hostess + Really Super Hostess, friendly, good advice Great little Town, and the house was well positioned within it Best Bed and Pillows of our recent 10 tour of Yorkshire Great Bathroom It would be difficult to have a better breakfast − Honestly can't think of a downside.

Perfect stay in Middleham. + Beautiful old building in a perfect position overlooking the castle. Lovely walled garden at the back with ample facilities to sit in the shade or sun. Sarah and Chris were great hosts, the breakfast was delicious with much choice. Sarah was very helpful in advising us on the local area and places to visit and eat. The room was very comfortable and well equipped as were the communal areas. If we are ever back in Middleham we would most definitely stay again, a great find. − Nothing.
