+ The place is stuck in a side street. Very busy during the day and a lot of noise. The car from the airport had to park on another street and we walked to the hotel. The walls of the hotel perhaps thin so the first night I woke from everyone walking around or moving. Staff very friendly and nice. Not too far from main places and very affordable.

hanoi + the buffet breakfast was wonderful and staff were amazing..only thing lacking was getting a regular room instead of the one we got due to some broken window but it was still a good size room and comfy .

+ The staff is friendly. Easy and fast check-in. Lots of food outlets and also went to the night market. Very convenient.

+ The room is large and apparently clean, and they have cans of soda and beer in the fridge for you. They also serve breakfast and everyone seems to enjoy the free food. They will offer to cook some breakfast items for you as well as providing some food choices. The hotel is located in an "alley" which makes it impossible for Grab drivers to drive to your door. You'll need to go to a nearby pickup point on a nearby street. I had bad experiences asking staff for neighborhood directions. Although they would dispute it, I was given faulty directions twice, the second time cost me a lot of time when I was trying to deal with a time-sensitive issue. Also, at one point my air conditioner broke and it spewed a lot of dirty water onto the floor and onto one of the beds in my room. They fixed the air conditioner but they did not remove the mattress onto which water had flooded from the air conditioner. I did not appreciate that.
