Very good + Great location, a little noisy but that was due to all the construction done in the area. Helpful staff got of a car to train station.

Do not book this hotel + Nothing. The area is under construction − Arrived at the hotel and we been refused 2 rooms. The staff was rude, barely speaking english, and not collaborative. We have been refused to write a complain on the hotel complaint book, as saying they don't have one. The manager refused to talk to us and resolving the issue. Totally waste of time and money.

Superb + Nice place in centre of Da Nang. Bed was very comfortable and room was good size with small desk area for me to do some work. Staff were very friendly. Would stay again. − Could have done with a little more cleaning in places, but didn't really bother me.

+ Nothing. Unhelpful staff with almost no English. I get it is Vietnam... and I hate tourists who expect English at minimarts and local restaurants... but I have lived here for 2 years... if you work in hospitality/hotels... in the tourist centre of Danang, you need some English. Indians, Russians, everyone speaks English. − Made booking. They were full and told me hours after my booking was approved that they didnt have a room. Refused full refund. Refused booking another night.
