Overall, the unit was comfortable and it felt almost like staying in a hotel. + I like the location and there are lot's of food outlets nearby. The unit is clean and well maintained. − 1. I feel the information passed to me on the check-in day is too late. It will be good that the qr code (for deposit payment) and the instruction of check-in be made available the day before rather than just about 1 hour before the check-in time. It would made me feel more at ease if all these arrangements were cleared the day before or latest the first thing in the morning of check-in day. 2. The bed mattresses were too hard. Same feedback from my family members too.

+ I like it because it's spacious − There is no long mirror. Infect no mirror at all. Only in toilet. No dish soap and no plastic garbage and the iron is burn which make my pants got black mark.

Took 150 MYR for parking deposit but there isnt any dedicated parking allocated. Unlabelled parking very minimum. + Nothing, feel not worth for the amout. − Finding the entrance and collecting the key itself was hassle. Watsapp group creted but no one answered the call, expecting to text while we are waiting at lobby to collect key ,reason given after working hours. Guard doesnt understand languange and not familar to guide on parking related things. Master bedroom aircond wasn’t cooling. Bed was very low n not comfort. Smart lock instruction not clear. Parking deposit RM150 only was told before check in time and expecting to transfer immediately for them to give parking access card. Why this was not stated earlier?Hope you can review and fix it to give pleasant experience for future customers.tq

Comfortable and well furnished- could be cleaner. − There was fungi growing in the corridors and small insects in the main living area and kitchen. The dampness could be sorted with a dehumidifier of some sorts.

+ N0 − Run down apartment, the ceilings cracked all over the place, kitchen is infested with cockroaches and even some were in the oven.

+ I dont bring much expectations on the Airbnb, but not too baf − Is difficult to find parking, take long time and a long walk

Will not be staying here again. + Owner was responsive. − 1. Complicating to find key to enter carpark. Turned round & round the place many times before finally found mailbox to take key pass. 2. Card only able to scan & open unit door once. After that, unable to open door using card. Had to manually key in password. 3. Found 2 baby cockroaches on the basin in one of the toilets. 4. Air con leaking in both bedrooms. 5. Cigarette smell strong upon entering unit. Had to open windows n blast fan to air the unit, & had went to buy air freshener to kill the cigarette smoke smell. 6. Place advertised as having 2 queen size & 1 single bed. But unit only had 2 queen sized beds.

Would visit again :) + I like that there is a balcony with a nice view and the area was clean − The navigation to using the tv, seems like all in Chinese not sure if there is Netflix or YouTube
