Still ok laaa + The location is good − The host is very slow respond and they didnt provide us official receipt as it make our claim to office hard. the hygience is not ok. we found hair everywhere in the floor and in cabinet. the house is so dusty and got stain in the bathroom.

Very Unpleasant and Uncomfortable + None. − Very bad condition. Inside bathroom glass doors were brownish. Ceiling was full of black molds. Also water leaking. Unit was infested with medium and baby cockroaches. We had to buy own Insecticide spray and after spray, almost 40-50 cockroaches died and appear all over the floors and on bed. Kitchen fridge was not cold at all.

+ It is located at Imago Shopping mall itself The aircon is cold enough. The shower has hot water. The apartment is close to lift. Making access more easy. − Would appreciate if they can upgrade their fridge. It is not cold enough to store food.

I will never choose this agent and place to stay, again. + None − Everything, the the floor is so dusty, non functional fridge, no mirror on toilet in master bedroom, small TV, smelly rooms (cockroaches smell), non functional water heater (sometimes ok sometimes not), loosely table chairs. Also, the property owner/agent is hard to have a conversion with. Very slow in response, so unfriendly and rude.

fair + the location − the sinage of the parking area , the signage " EXIT" is very small , as a first timer its difficulate to locate creating a stress for a first timer .

+ The apartment is a great choice because there is a shopping mall downstairs and plenty of places to eat. The host is easy to contact. Car Parking is provided. − The apartment facilities are good but some require attention: master bedroom toilet door need to clean thoroughly. The air conditioner in second room was not working; the host was contacted, but the maintenance team could not fix it because their available times did not align. Fortunately, the room had a ceiling fan, though it was still hot due to the sweltering weather outside.
