Lejligheden er simpelthen for slidt og beskidt. God beliggenhed og check in. + Beliggenheden er god, tæt på gågaden og restauranter. Det var nemt at få nøglen, da der var en nøgleboks. Det var billigt i for hold til at det er en lejlighed med 2 soveværelser og stue/køkken. God kommunikation med udlejer. − Lejligheden er meget slidt og ikke opdateret. Derudover var der meget beskidt og støvet. En god gang ordentlig rengøring vil være tiltrængt!!!

Rezalet + Hiç birşeyini beğenmedim − Parasını ödediğim konaklamanı. Beni saatlerce dışarda bekletim konaklamamak için gerekli pini sürekli yanlış gönderdiler ve başka yerde konaklamak zorunda kaldım Bana vermedikleri hizmetin ücretinin iadesini talep ediyorum

жаль нельзя добавит видео!!! − Я такого ужаса не видела со времён советского союза!! Квартиру забронировали поздно вечером и не было возможности найти другое место для проживания. Я понимаю что квартира старая,но такой грязище я не видела даже в общежитиях!!!Грязь была везде страшно было к чему либо прикасаться! Найти парковочное место просто не реально!!!Прежде чем запускать людей сделайте генеральную уборку!!!Фото были сделаны в момент заезда,мы приехали с ребёнком и мы были в ужасе!!!!

Good value for money + Location is good. It’s spacious. It has a balcony. It offers a lot of towels, toilet paper, soap and shampoo. Comfortable beds and sheets. There is hairdryer and drying rack. Easy check-in. No rush with the check-out. − There is not cutlery at all nor any kind of coffee maker. Very few things for cooking or to use the kitchen; only one old pan. The cleaning should improve, specially wardrobes. It’s a 4th floor without elevator.

+ Foarte aproape de centru cu acces rapid la toate punctele de interes. Am apreciat deosebit designul urban loft al apartamentului. Foarte spatios si confortabil. − Din pacate apartamentul nu a mai fost intretinut sau a fost utilizat excesiv si existau elemente ponosite sau foarte uzate. Curatenia poate fi imbunatatita.

Pésimo. + Absolutamente nada. − Pésima la atención. No enviaron el código de acceso al apartamento: escribí varios mensajes que no contestaron y no respondieron a las llamadas del teléfono. Nos dejaron en la calle, sin ponerse en contacto con nosotros. Nefasto.

+ Što se tiče grada prelepo ,što se tiče smeštaja sramota − Smestaj je izuzetno los za svoje recenzije, Klima lose hladi,prozor u maloj sobi nije u funkciji ,tus kabina nedostaju vrata bojler nema vruću vodu ,frižidet okovan ledom i nema nikakvu funkciju trazili smo smeštaj sa parkingom a objekat ga nema nego smo upućeni na javni parking ispred zgrade koji je vremenski ograničen na 2h i moze da se plati samo sms-om ali sa Bugarskog telefona sledeća je opcija parking obližnjeg hotela koji se plaća 2e/h ako ima mesta ,kod za sanduče za ključeve smo dobili posle drugog mejla ,u 15:04h .I kad smo otvorili sanduče ključa nije bilo ,domaćin se nije javljao na whatsApp broj koji je ostavio pa su opet krenule poruke na mail.posle nekih 10-15 min je izašao momak koji sređuje apartman i izvinjavao se ima kaze previše posla pa nije stigao da završi na vreme .Sve u svemu apartman je nekada imao potencijal i vrednost ali očigledno nemar je učinio svoje.

Very good 👍 + Apartament mare, curat, foarte bine aprovizionat cu toate necesare, locatie buna. Self check-in usor. − Parcarea din fata blocului este cu plata prin Sms (pe zi, maxim 2 ore) si necesita numar telefon de BG. Peste noapte se poate parca fara plata.
