Significant issues with odors, maintenance, and a leaking ceiling require management attention + Nice view, great customer service, awesome swimming pool − The bed was smelly, and I had to call the front desk to ask them to change the bedsheets for me. Also, when it rained, the ceiling leaked. The TV internet connection was poor.

This is our second time staying here and we will come back again. + The location is great on the main road in the city centre. The rooms are spacious and clean with comfortable beds. The staff are friendly and professional, always ready to help with your requests. The breakfast is tasty with a lot of choices and the menu is changed each day. − We have no complaints.

The hotel has potential but poorly maintained. Too bad. + Location is great, staff is polite and friendly. Requested connecting room & they were able to provide it. Swimming pool, gym and playroom were ok. − Facilities are running down. Bathroom/showers, walls, floors were dirty and moldy, we even requested to re-clean the room, especially the floor and bathroom, since we came with little kids. Linens like towels and bedsheets were yellowing and stained. Rooms were not well insulated, we could hear anything from the neighbors. Windows were dirty, full of handmarks.
