+ ⭐⭐⭐☆☆ Pleasant villa, but the service could be improved. The villa itself is beautiful, comfortable, and well maintained. The rooms are spacious, the bed is comfortable, and the overall setting is peaceful. However, we were disappointed by the level of service. Compared with the other villas we stayed at during our trip to Bali, the staff did not feel as warm, flexible, or welcoming. One example was breakfast. The menu was fixed, and when we asked if it was possible to have a second poached egg with our avocado toast (which consists of two slices of bread), we were told that it would be charged as an extra. It was a small request, but it left us with the feeling that there was very little flexibility. We also looked into booking activities through the villa, but the prices were significantly higher than elsewhere, so we decided to book independently. Overall, the villa itself is lovely, but we felt that the hospitality and customer service did not match the standard of the acco…
