Séjour désagréable, logement sale, mal isolé et inconfortable + Nous n’avons pas aimé l’établissement − Nous avons été très déçus par ce logement. L’emplacement n’est pas pratique, la propreté laisse vraiment à désirer et l’isolation est catastrophique : on entend tout entre les chambres. De plus, la température à l’intérieur est très désagréable, il fait très froid la nuit et extrêmement chaud en journée. Nous ne recommandons pas cet établissement

Outstanding!!! + I got upgraded to the executive suite and overall this is one of the best places I've ever stayed at and I've stayed all over the world. The room was outstanding from start to finish. They use WhatsApp so you can communicate with them directly for a room service which is how I ordered breakfast, lunch and dinner. Overall a truly outstanding place and I would highly recommend staying here. − The only thing I can think of is that the pool was fairly cold they could do with some heating of it. Otherwise this place is awesome!

+ Le personnel est agréable, souriant. On s'est régalés ,bravo au cuisinier. − L'hôtel est trop isolé, proposition service taxi beaucoup trop chère. Prix service blanchisserie exorbitant, Hôtel à 1200 m d' altitude, et piscine malheureusement trop froide et inutilisable. Finalement l'hôtel est trop cher par rapport aux services proposés

perfect! + alles, locatie was prachtig, verblijf was lux, schoon, modern. personeel was fantastisch, alles werd geregeld ze kwamen meteen naar je toe hielden overal rekening mee. en alles met een lach − dat we weer weg moesten gaan helaas

ottima posizione se si vuole fare trekking della Golden Valley + Hotel molto bello, una chicca nel contesto esterno. Piscina bellissima, sauna molto apprezzata. Massaggi spettacolari (forse i migliori di tutta la vacanza). Personale super disponibile e sorridente. Molto piacevole la colazione fatta nella cucina privata. Posizione ottimale se si vogliono fare i trekking alle cascate. Se non si vuole fare quello, intorno non c'è altro da visitare − purtroppo stavano costruendo proprio davanti alla nostra camera due nuovi alloggi, per cui durante il giorno si sentiva costantemente martellare. Da migliorare la sala del ristorante, decisamente non in linea con la bellezza di tutto il resto.

An extraordinary service and great stay + We arrived on the first day and were welcomed by the staff. At first we had the villa with a hill view. The staff offered us a free upgrade. The rooms are clean and look like the pictures. The staff does everything to make your stay as pleasant as possible. The breakfast was on time every day and delicious. We had several delicious meals in the restaurant. In short, our stay was a great experience − Everything was great.

Une chambre de luxe en last minute + Nous avons réservé en last minute et profité d'un prix très avantageux pour la suite exécutive. Elle était magnifique et très grande ! Le temps n'était pas assez bon pour aller dans la piscine malheureusement. Le personnel était adorable et aux petits soins. Le petit-déjeuner et le souper était simples mais bon. − Un des robinet était cassé, la douche coulait de l'autre côté de la paroi de douche et le WiFi n'était pas très puissant. La cuisine manque de vaisselle.

Beautiful sunrise over Java Island. − Kitchen supplies & cabinets can be a little bit cleaner, but I understand it's can be difficult in a tropical & humid area. The baby cot was a bit too fragile, so we didn't use it but also our baby isn't used to being in a cot.
