Terrible traffic noise all day and night. + Large family rooms with 2 bedrooms. The beds were OK. The water slides was great for the kids (open 4 hours daily 10-12 and 14-16). Massage at the spa was great. Friendly staff at the pool bar, and good food. Free shuttle to the beach and only 3 Euro for a sunbed there. − Due to other reviews I had seen, I asked for a quiet room when I made the reservation and got an "OK" back as an answer. Still we were given a room on the backside of the hotel, towards the busiest street in Alanya. We like to have breakfast at the balcony and relax there in the evenings. We couldn't use the balcony at all, because the traffic noise was too loud all day and all night. It was almost impossible to sleep, even with all doors and windows closed. After 1 week we managed to switch to a room on the frontside, for a 50 Euro supplement. We could still hear the traffic from the balcony, but not so much as on the backside. We finally got some sleep. The air condition …

+ Väldigt trevlig personal med fantastisk service , God mat, bra läge, nära till Alanya centrum, endast 10 min med taxi. Rummet var rent och fräscht varje dag samt att den var 48 kvm stor, väldigt rimlig för upp till 4 personer. Jag unnade mig klassik massage 1 timme och detta var helt underbart, kostade endast 40 Euro. Pedikyr kostade 25 Euro och var även den väldigt bra. Rekommenderar starkt detta hotell, speciellt om man är en barnfamilj då detta hotell hade allt och lite till för barn mellan 4-16 år.

+ Les piscines vraiment top. Lemplacement etait bien . Lappartement etait grand. − Lappartement netait pas tres propre a notre arrivé Nettoyage fait a la rapide.. 1 clef par logement tres tres problematique. Les fenetres sont mal isolé bruyant avec lautoroute pas loin.

+ Gerçekten anlatıldığı kadar vardı, sağolsunlar Vedat Bey ve Samet Bey ayrıca Patron bizlere oldukça yardımcı oldular, onlara teşekkürlerimizi ailecek sunuyoruz. Gönül rahatlığıyla alabilirsiniz, resepsiyon olsun personel olsun her türlü şey hakkında bilgi verdiler. Herşey dahil paketi satın almanın rahatlığı da ayrı desem yeridir, sabah-öğlen-akşam yemeği dışında bar-snack bar hizmetlerinden de oldukça yararlandık. Ama tekrar ve tekrar söylemeden edemeyeceğim, bu rezervasyonu asıl güzelleştiren şey personelin ta kendisi. Tekrar teşekkür etmeden geçemeyeceğim. − İnternet erişimi tekrar geliştirilmeli, ve eğer odanız havuz tarafına bakmıyorsa yol sesi biraz rahatsız edebilir.
