Disappointing to say the least,considering how much you have to pay.Good luck finding a car park. + Good location. − Door to bathroom jams.Blind in bathroom was broken. Dirty carpets.Some of the draws did not work. Stairwell narrow and steep.Not sure if the reverse cycle heater,cooler worked but it had black tape on it as if it had been temporarily repaired..the night light in the bathroom barely worked but it kept going from dim to dimmer.It looked like the complementary shampoo and conditioner had been there for an extended period of buy,you could barely squeeze anything out of them.1 coat hanger for 2 people.

Convenient, well equipped and central Stay. Would return if back in Williamstown. + Great location. Close to cafes PT and Pubs. The unit was very quiet at night and got a great sleep. Good value for money. − Bathroom door sticks. Carpet stained which unfortunately gives the place a shabby feel. But everything else was very clean and tidy.

Great find in Williamstown + Great space, great location and responsive owners − Cleanliness could've been better, towels were missing (but quickly resolved by owner) and wifi was a bit sketchy.

+ Brilliant location. Despite the central location, we really didn't hear much traffic noise. Maybe the occasional noisy car late on Saturday night, but otherwise very peaceful. Lovely big room, well appointed. Check in was effortless and welcoming. Hot chocolate from the cafe across the road was awesome. − For the price, I can't fault it.

+ Location was great :) A nice little place to get your head down. − Unfortunately it was a little dirty when we arrived. The sofas had crumbs all over the top of them and when my son knocked the cushion off it was so dirty under them. Just need a vaccum. A little mix up on arriving with getting in having a different name on our key. No towels either. However the host was great and got onto it right away. :)
