    Great location comfortable bed,but so so outdated and not a four star + The location was lovely and the beds were so comfortable − It states 4 star !!the decor was so terrible like 70s-80s , wall paper old curtains so old fashioned,every part of the hotel needs a revamp

Volví pensando en la ubicación Hemos pasado 6 noches en este hotel y la experiencia ha sido pésima. Lo único positivo es su ubicación, ya que todo lo demás dejó muchísimo que desear. Para empezar, la limpieza es muy mala en general. Las habitaciones son antiguas y nada acogedoras, lo que sumado a la mala actitud del personal de limpieza genera una constante sensación de desconfianza. Respecto a la comida, es totalmente industrial, de baja calidad y la verdura está siempre recalentada o extra hervida. En el buffet se busca cantidad y no calidad. Además, la atención en el restaurante es lamentable: la señora encargada de los huevos te pone mala cara solo por pedirle que te haga uno, y otro día faltaban tazas de café y tuve que reclamar hasta a tres trabajadores diferentes para que se dignaran a ponerlas.     I would not rate this hotel as 4-star accommodation based on our experience + * Great location directly by the beach. * Comfortable beds. * Spacious rooms and overall generous size of the hotel. * The hotel layout is impressive, a nice bar terrace. − Customer service: The level of customer service was disappointing and not what we have come to expect from Spanish hospitality. Some bar staff were borderline rude. The restaurant service at breakfast was particularly poorly organised. The host, Jose Luis, regularly created unnecessary queues by being very slow and directing guests to tables that had not been cleared, despite there being numerous clean tables available. Facilities: For a hotel advertised as 4-star, the facilities felt surprisingly basic. There were no basic individual toiletries in the bathroom, only two wall-mounted dispensers containing liquid products of unclear type. There is also a bidet, but no soap provided nearby to use it.
