Exquisite + The staff is SUPER helpful, and I mean helpful with anything regarding the accommodation as well as places, tours, stuff in Menorca generally. The room was perfectly ready with everything last minute, cleanliness was quite good as well. − Nothing honestly

Beau séjour, dans un bel endroit mais dommage pour notre chambre peu fonctionnelle + L’emplacement, le cadre de la très belle maison, la décoration, les petits déjeuners − Nous n’avons pas eu la chambre qui était dans notre descriptif, plus petite et non fonctionnelle… Pas de changement de serviettes de tout le séjour, alors que nous allons à la plage, c’est vraiment embêtant Très peu d’échanges avec le personnel que l’on ne voit pratiquement pas( excepté au petit déjeuner) Mais une mention spéciale pour Isa, que nous avons vue lors de notre dernière matinée et qui est formidable !

Un hotel non è mai solo una stanza dove dormire. L’hotel Maia è una esperienza che ti fa sentire nella frizzante capital + L’eleganza ed il gusto dell’arredamento. I colori caldi delle sedute e delle tende in piena armonia con il bianco. Scelte curate, senza eccessi. Una colazione che è un vero rito, ricca e naturale. − Nulla

+ La ubicación es fantástica, las habitaciones cómodas y muy limpias. El desayuno perfecto, con productos de la zona, cuesta elegir qué comer. Repetiré sin duda. − Al estar en zona céntrica y peatonal, el aparcamiento no es fácil.

+ Great location, in the very heart of the Ciutadel. Easy access from the main street (however you have to walk a bit since the last 200m/yards are pedestrian area and it can be a bit tricky with bags). We had breakfast included and it was nice and different than the regular buffet you get everywhere else. The absolute highlight are the hosts: Isa and Simone. They literally spent 30mins each day trying to help us around - tips where to go and what to do, finding the cheapest rent a car, calling numerous agencies, booking stuff for us. All of that with a smile. Stars. If you’re to stay in Ciutadel, defo go to this Hotel. − Towels are being changed every three days due to the water situation on the island. Not a problem in our case (this is highlighted upon arrival and you get enough towels from the get go), but worth mentioning.

+ A localização é otima, no centro historico ( atentar que nao pode entrar com o carro e o hotel nao tem estacionamento, mas tem parking publico proximo). Os funcionários sao super atenciosos e dao ótimas dicas para conhecer a cidade. − O banheiro é ruim, o box vaza muita agua e molha todo o banheiro. Alem disso, a porta do banheiro é de vidro com total perda de provacidade. As paredes estão discretamente infiltradas e estufadas.

Molt Cèntric i Acollidor + Tot! Principalment l'atenció d'Isa, la directora. Es va preocupar en tot momrnt de que estés tot perfecte. Personal molt atent, a l'esmorzar molt bò. Em vaig trobar molt còmode. Un hotel cèntric a plèc asc antic de Ciutadella. Molt tranquil i acollidor. Es pot descansar de luxe. Llits molt comfortables. Destacar les fantàstoques vistes desde el terrat, accesible i pots gaudir del sò de les campanades de la Precuosa Catedral de Menorca. Es l'única en tota l'illa. Molt content.
