Grubby apartment. + Close to town centre. − Apartment 6 is very grubby and tired, don’t be fooled by the images shown… I’ve uploaded my own so you judge for yourself. The walls in every room are stained/marked, there was a hole in the wall of the 2nd bedroom. The dining table and other furniture are in a very poor state. The Lino flooring is lifting up. There was less than half a toilet roll provided so we had to buy more just in case. Bin in kitchen is missing its lid so it’s just an open bin. Bin in bathroom is missing its pedal so it’s just a jaggy bit of metal sticking out. Rug in lounge hasn’t been cleaned/hoovered properly. Dishes left in the dishwasher on arrival. I could go on… but I’ll just add that the £100 ‘pre-authorisation’ for damages isn’t a pre-authorisation but instead a proper payment which you need to make outside of booking.com… and which I am still waiting to get returned to me. I’ve been told it takes 10 days, but there’s no payment method these days which take…

Disappointed + Spacious − Mould in bathroom, stank of curry, I had to clean the bathroom and kitchen before using, floor filthy and sticky. Walls dirty, very poorly maintained. Moved sofa to find 2x crisps and a pile of hair underneath it. No contact from Beaumonts when complained.

+ Location was brilliant and had a great nights sleep Shower was really good − Cleanliness could have been better Milk pots in the fridge 2 months out of date shower gels and shampoo empty. TV did not work Door hanging off the cupboard concealing the washing machine I know these are not big issues but this property offered so much and with a little more care it will be so much better

Good clean appartment, spacious and did the job for a couple days. A few issues but not the end of the world + Mostly clean, good size, did the job for a couple of nights. Staff tried to help when we needed it but not always with success Good appliances to hand … kettle, toaster, microwave, dishwasher, big fridge/freezer etc − Upon arrival there was serval damage areas to the property (such as a broke dining chair, skirting board, door handle … to name a few). This made us uneasy considering the £100 deposit for damage. We took photo evidence upon arrival and called the number given to make it known. We have been told we will receive the full deposit back at least WiFi did not work. We were given several passwords for ours and other rooms however none of them ever worked. We conversed back and forth with the number provided but he didn’t seem to have a clue what it was meant to be. There was a QR code on the back of the router which also didn’t work. We were without wifi our entire…

Sehr gut gelegen nur etwas laut + Die Lage ist wirklich toll. Laufdistanz in die Innenstadt, die verschiedensten Take-Aways in der Gegend. Wenn man Ausflüge macht und diese zwischen 10 und 16 Uhr macht, ist auch das parken kostenlos. Smart-TV und eine ausgestattete Küche tun ein Übriges. − Die Türen sind sehr dünn und sehr Sound durchlässig. Zusätzlich sind die Türschilder sehr "hart" eingestellt. Wenn man einen rauchenden Nachbarn hat, geht das Geknalle der Türen ganz schön an die Nerven. Das Reinigungspersonal ist aus Yorkshire und morgens ganz schön laut. An einem Sonntagmorgen ist auch das sehr lästig. Nach "vorne" fährt alle zehn Minuten ein Polizei oder Krankenwagen mit Sirene vorbei und "hinten" läuft bis um 22.30 die Lüftung vom Restaurant nebenan.

+ Lovely apartment − The only slight down side was I was totally unaware that I had a £100 holding deposit to pay. Incase of any damages. It would have been much easier to pay this before we travelled on the Sat. We were in a fairly remote area that was extremely busy. So trying to do anything online was pretty impossible. The guy I spoke was very helpful and we got it sorted but I missed out on some of the morning trying to get this sorted.
