Coqueto aparatamento moderno y bien equipado + Apartamento moderno y muy bien equipado para pasar una estancia perfecta Muy limpio y cómodo Situación ideal, en pleno centro de Bath Aparcamiento a 5 minutos − Nos alojamos en el 3er piso y no ha ascensor. Good base to discover Bath + Perfect location, spacious lounge, clear instructions how to get in. Nice design. − The door in the bathroom needs adjustment. Messy communication: emails inviting to check in or to check out online (irrelevant as this is an apartment) and featuring a different address of a hotel nearby (caused some panic about possible change/cancellation of the booking).

A pleasant quiet environment after the initial frustration of finding the good car park + The location where I can access to many things. − 1. the instructions given for the car park has not been very clear. Have difficulties finding one.

Shambles paid £176 for 5 hour stay due to noise levels. Also cost me over £30 in parking + Location was good but parking is an absolute nightmare − Host were unhelpful , neighbours above were extremely noisy to such an extent we left the property after just 5 hours stay. Reported to online chat who showed no empathy or understanding the distress it caused my vulnerable disabled son. Recognised the situation was not ideal and offered a discount on another booking but did not specify discount. Jack was helpful but manager was disinterested and appears only concerned about taking money for an unsafe and unsuitable environment

Séjour familial avec 2 enfants, visite de Bath pendant 72h + Très bien situé − L’état global de l’appartement est un peu usagé, les peintures de la salle de bain cloquent, il manquait un abat jour sur le luminaire de la salle de bain, l’ampoule du luminaire du salon était cassée et nous avons trouvé une vieille bouteille d’eau à moitié vide sous le canapé. L’appartement mériterait un petit coup de peinture. Les équipements sont vieux, la poêle en tefflon était totalement usagée et inutilisable.

Apartamento coqueto en el centro. + El apartamento estaba muy bien equipado. Era muy comodo para estar y descansar de las visitas. La ubicacion excelente. − La cama adicional de la habitación era muy pequeña para un adulto, menos mal que dejaron preparado el sofá cama individual. Muchísimo más cómodo. El problema de dormir es el ruido de las gaviotas. De madrugada, antes del amanecer, nos despertaron todos los dias. Un escándalo tremendo incluso con las ventanas cerradas.

Convenient and perfectly adequate. Got exactly what I expected. + Great location, easy check in and helpful bag drop − Kitchen lacked basic supplies. One of the towels was still dirty, from a previous stayer.
