+ お食事がとても美味しかったです。夜も朝もいろんな種類を少量頂けて、楽しかったです。 お部屋も清潔感あり、広く、快適でした。 ウェルカムドリンクやフリードリンクサービスは嬉しかったです。スタッフもにこやかで親切でした。 海外からの友達と行ったのですが、全体的にとても喜んでくれました。 インテリアもセンス良く和洋折衷です。 大浴場でも水が飲めると良いですね。お風呂はぬるめです。長くじっくり入るタイプですね。

Toujours souriant, soucieux de bien faire pour que la prestation soit à la hauteur. Le onsen est très agreable dans la nature. Une autre chose : Pratiquant le japonais à mes heures perdues à unniveau encore modeste, le personnel a été extrêmement comprehensif, en parlant lentement pour se faire comprendre. The Best of Nikko + When I saw that a couple people had given poor reviews, I had to read them to see what they could possibly be disappointed about. Ignore those reviews. Jyuan is a phenomenal Japanese lodging experience, exceeded only by my stay at the best ryokan in Japan, in Kyoto, which cost substantially more. The facilities are absolutely beautiful, including the exceptionally spacious rooms, and the baths/onsen. Meals at Jyuan are off the charts; they don’t get better than this. The natural surroundings are simply beautiful. We spent a full day hiking along the river, and saw only three other people all day. The following day we went whitewater rafting, which was an incredibly nice experience. Finally, you won’t find better customer service anywhere in the world. Flawless. − The only legitimate considerations would be: 1) The town is extremely small — not the place for shopping or noisy nightlife. There’s only one restaurant outside the hotel (but it’s very good). …

Our son and his family stayed in a family quad on futons and enjoyed it immensely. Everyone loved the public open air and inside onsens. Highly recommend for a relaxing, traditional experience with delicious kaiseki meals!!! + Our stay at Iwaiyado Jyuan Nikko Kawaji onsen was a highlight of our stay in Japan. Funabiki-san prepared eight and nine course kaiseki meals each night, which were traditional and delicious. The inn is close to hiking at Ryuokyi gorge, Toshogu Shrine, Riano-ji Temple, Edo Wonderland, and other area sights, but also quiet and remote. This is a great way to experience the heart of Japan. We highly recommend and look forward to future stays!!! − Everything about our stay was awesome!!!

+ The ryokan is located in a beautiful, rural area. The staff were very polite, kind, and even picked us up from the station to bring us to the ryokan. They explained to us everything about the ryokan, and all the amenities we had access to during our stay. Both the indoor and outdoor onsen were amazing. On the second floor, complimentary drinks and sweets were available to all guests, as well as a souvenir shop with local products and typical sweets from the region. After the onsen, we had the traditional kaiseki dinner, a meal course with local delicacies and high-grade wagyu meat. The rooms were clean, and the futon were incredibly comfortable to sleep on.

おもてなしの旅館 + 駐車場からスタッフが出迎えてくれた。荷物運びも手伝ってくださりチェックインもソファーで落ち着いてすることができた。また、お部屋まで荷物を運んでくれた。赤ちゃん連れの旅行で荷物が多かったのでとてもありがたかったです。 早めにチェックインしに行ったのでラウンジでワインなどお酒を楽しむこともできて夫とリラックスして過ごすことができた。首の座っていないベビーでもバウンザーがあって安心してご飯も食べれました。３人家族になって初めての旅行を楽しめました！ − お外のお風呂が暗すぎて見えなくて入るのが不安になってしまった。
