Very disappointing. + The shower was efficient. The bed was comfortable − No air conditioning and road too noisy to have window open. Cups didn’t fit under coffee machine, I had to use a glass. Nothing available in kitchen or breakfast area. In bathroom, torn and stained shower curtain and stained lavatory bowl. Mirror was too low, I had to bend to see into it. No shelf for toiletries etc. Bath towels too small. No extractor fan. I have stayed in hotels, guest houses and apartments worldwide. Never before have I been required to strip the bed, put all used linen in a bag and clean the kitchen before departure as I was here.

würde nicht enttäuscht, was sonst in Frankreich gelegentlich geschieht. + Die Ausstattung war sehr gut. Die Lage sehr nah am Bahnhof und ruhig Nachts. Personal freundlich und hilfsbereit. Swimmingpool sauber und täglich gepflegt. Sehr schöne Woche bei Pierre et Vacances in La Rochelle verbracht.

Deception pour un Pierre et vacances + L'emplacement pres du centre ville est top. La piscine est un petit plus − Devoir payer le parking en plus alors que ce n'est pas stipulé lors de la reservation.(De plus les places sont minuscules et nous avons retrouvés une belle griffe sur la portière) Peu de place pour ranger nos affaires dans l'armoire puisqu'il y a les ustensiles de cuisine dedans. Le canapé lit n'est vraiment pas confortable. Nous avons reservé un appart pour 4 adultes et nos deux ado se sont retrouvés dans deux petits lits minuscules. Le petit déjeuner ne vaut pas 11euros(jambon industriel nageant dans de l'eau, viennoiseries et brioche surgelés…). Il y avait du sable par terre dans toute la chambre quand nous sommes arrivés

Excellent location. Sadly now Air Conditioning + Excellent location just five minutes from port and bars. Safe and secure underground parking (pre book). Supermarket just three minutes away (Walk straight out of the main entrance to the T junction, turn left and the 1st right Carrefour city supermarket is on the corner. − The property is in a perfect location and in excellent condition, but the lack of air conditioning lets it down. The room was very hot and difficult to sleep in due to the temperature. As temperatures increase air conditioning would make this property perfect. The property description details no air conditioning and the property does advise you of this. They provide a fan, but take your own as well. I would be more than happy to pay a larger rental price to cover the cost of air con. If this property installed air conditioning I would give it 10 out of 10.

Good for families. Clean, efficient. + Good size attractive, lovely decor and furnishings. Great location near the port and the station. A real key is nice. − Breakfast was basic and not very tasty for France but there was plenty of it and a fair bit of choice. Coffee from a machine. No personal touch. The staff were smiley and efficient but I arrived a day late and no-one enquired how I’d managed alone in Paris without a hotel.
