+ Nada ni, decepcionante. − Título: Nada que ver con las fotos, pésima experiencia Nos dieron una habitación en el subterráneo sin ventana, totalmente diferente a lo que muestran en las fotos. Los enchufes apenas funcionaban y los cargadores se caían todo el rato. Para colmo, encontré pelos en las camas, dudo mucho que las sábanas fueran limpias, y preferimos no usarlas hasta que sacáramos nuestras toallas para poner encima. La ubicación es malísima, lejos de todo y en una calle incómoda. Además, en la habitación de al lado había una pareja vietnamita haciendo ruido a las 23:30 hasta que tuve que salir a gritar para que pararan. A más a más el catering del buffet por las mañanas es un auténtica basura. No lo recomiendo en absoluto, hay opciones mucho mejores por el mismo precio.

+ Everyday I ask about the restaurant and they told me not open but I feel like they just said that to me because I was black. They didn't want me to eat there. Nothing around the place to eat or drink. No stores.

Hotel byl čistý to je jediné co bych ohodnotila. − Snídaně byla hrozná, nedostačující. Byla dobrá jen první den a to , proto, že tam byla svatba a ubytovaní hosté. Druhý den už tam nebyl žádný výběr, to by mi asi tak nevadilo, ale nebylo to chutné. Žádné pečivo jen toustový chléb. Co st týče restaurace, tak bych řekla , že to rozhodně není restaurace ....ani nevím jak to nazvat, spíše jídelna u bazénu, kde si můžete objednat pouze špagety a hranolky. Hrozný. Co se týče popisu, tak by bylo záhodno tak opravdu uvádět pokoj bez oken !!!!Normálně člověk počítá s oknem , jako v každém normálním hotelu.

+ Pohodlná postel − Všude bylo hezky uklizeno, jen pod postelí byla špína. Chtělo by to občas vyčistit.

Comfy and affordable boutique hotel in dalat + The hotel is located near the city center and easy to locate. When we arrived at 5.30am, the lights were off. But later they allowed us to do early check in around 6am at 200,000 vnd and they gave us a free room upgrade. The toilet was clean and they provided fresh towels, body wash and shampoo. Water was provided as well. The bed was comfy. Did not manage to try the facilities and the breakfast but the stay was comfortable and enjoyable. − The hotel line was not working. There was a switch to turn on the aircon but we were not aware, luckily the receptionist was kind enough to come to our room to help us. It would be nice if there were more power sockets as well.

Неплохой вариант на пару дней + Приятный отель с комфортным номером и хорошим видом из панорамного окна. Есть бассейн и парная. − Персонал не особо заинтересован в комфорте гостей. Ни с одной просьбой не помогли, включая перекись водорода (в отеле нет аптечки??).
