Superb + The view from the chalet is very stunning. Great host and all the facilities are great. The stay gave us very good experience. − It's quite a distance from the town. Last bus from town is about 930 pm.

Great location for jumping off point to alps. Nice spot + Location and amenities − Washer dryer unit not working or over working. Either not washing and lo cycle and not drying. Or on a 4 hour cycle it was so hot it melt a belt

Superb + Location was great, 5 mins walk to the stunning lake and the place holds a large group. Host was super responsive and helpful to replace the fans. − A tad near the road which might be an issue to light sleepers.

Cozy Chalet + We had an amazing stay at the chalet! It was cozy, well-equipped, and the perfect spot for a relaxing getaway. The surroundings were beautiful, and the hospitality was top-notch. Highly recommend for anyone visiting Switzerland! We needed to extend our stay by one night, and Patrik responded swiftly and accommodated us. The transaction was smooth and easy. − Nothing.

+ We liked the size and layout of the place, including the great roof deck and spacious living, kitchen, and dining areas. We also appreciated the luxurious tub and shower. − We had a number of concerns about the comfort, maintenance, and safety of the property. -- particularly considering the price of the rental. When we arrived, the garbage was still full from previous guests, the recycling had not been removed, and cigar and cigarette remnants were still on the patio. We later noted that the beds were not in great shape; one of them literally fell apart while one of us was lying down in it -- an issue that the owner knew about previously and did not remedy. In the same bedroom, a door handle broke off, trapping a father and child in the room. Then, we noted that the protective cables on the second floor overlooking the living room were poorly installed and easily disconnected by children. Finally, there was a nail in one of the bedroom electric sockets -- a clear hazard.
