Excelente lugar! + La habitación era bastante grande, buen aire acondicionado y el personal muy amable. − El ascensor no tenía buen olor. La ducha se ponía o muy caliente o muy fría.

+ El alojamiento esta bien ubicado y a una cuadra del metro. − El espacio es pequeño, para dos personas está bien si solo lo quieres para dormir y salir todo el dia. Es un espacio aproximado de 3X4 metros.

Posizione ok, pulizia no + Ottima posizione, gentile l’host e facile l’accesso alla struttura. − Purtroppo la camera non era pulita. Era stata fatta grossolanamente, c’erano capelli nel letto e in bagno, a terra polvere. In più non c’era alcun doccia shampoo o bagnoschiuma per lavarsi, solo il sapone delle mani. Essendo arrivati alle 23 avevano avuto tutto il tempo per sistemare tutti questi problemi. Siamo andati via la mattina dopo, la sera eravamo stanchi morti e siamo andati a dormire senza fare reclami.

Goteras!! − La habitación tenía una gotera en medio de la estancia que estuvo haciendo ruido durante toda la noche. Solo pasamos una noche allí y avisamos al salir, pero no nos ofrecieron ninguna compensación ni solución por las molestias. El edificio es muy antiguo. En el anuncio aparecen una cama doble y dos sofá-camas, lo que da a entender que hay tres camas, pero realmente solo hay dos camas dobles. El trato fue bueno, pero no compensó las molestias. Hay opciones mejores en esa zona de Madrid.

Perfecta relación calidad-precio-ubicación. + Estancia de una noche en el centro con una cama confortable, baño en la habitación, ventana al exterior en una calle céntrica pero tranquila. Y todo muy limpio. Todo un detalle poder tomarte un café antes de dejar la habitación. Y el detalle del agua, genial. Repetiré por calidad-precio. − No hubo nada que no me gustara.

+ I had a lovely stay at Hola Rooms. The location is excellent, right in the heart of Madrid and within walking distance of many attractions, restaurants and shops, which made exploring the city very easy. The room is clean and cozy, with a coffee maker and AC for the hot summer. There’s also a shared area with a kettle and microwave, which was really convenient. The receptionist was very kind, helpful and responsive, and I really appreciated being allowed to check in early. Overall, a comfortable and convenient place to stay if you want to be centrally located in Madrid. I would happily stay here again!
