Poor. + All I like was how close it was to where I needed to be − Everything I had problems with the bathroom the toilet wouldn’t flush, the shower pressure wasn’t even full functioning

Disappointing stay + Location. Bed was clean. − Self check in, took ages to get key to room including a man who was there before us. Had to keep txtn to ask anything. Very dusty. Very slow at supplying milk when we asked for it, Saturday afternoon request received 5pm Sunday evening. While we were there tried to help someone check in they arrived 10 30pm still trying at midnight they couldn't get hold of anyone. Won't stay there again.

Sadly, very stressful and dissapointing, thankyou to the staff member eventually trying to help us. + The location, fresh towels & linen − Lack of external information, no responses after stating check in issues via hotel and booking platform. Dirty, in need of repairs, no hot water, incorrect information given when booked, not all checkin information received.

Cheap and Cheerful + A good location. Room spacious. The beds were comfortable. − It is very dated.

The lack of hot water and no working TV was a basic no go in a hotel. + Bed was clean and comfortable. Plenty of towels. Location ideal for where I needed to be the following morning. − No hot water. TV didn't work. Decor very tired. Kettle had to be plugged in on the floor. Loo roll holder broken. Key was in a locked box on arrival but no communication as to which room I'd been allocated. I took a hunch, based on the code, which thankfully paid off.

+ Good location with adjacent (payable) car park. Room clean, bed comfortable and staff helpful. − I and other guests had issues with hot water. None available in the sink or bath. Shower was OK as electric. Not a major issue, but they don't currently offer breakfast which whsn I stayed previously they did.

Most affordable hotel in Worcester + Value hard to beat. Clear instructions for check-in and friendly welcome. Uncluttered rooms with clean linen. Bonus to get a full desk and tea making facilities in the single room! − Note some traffic noise to be expected as on one of Worcester's busiest through roads

NIGHT IN THE HELL HOLE ☠️ + Nothing − Im afraid this hotel was hands down the worst place ive ever stayed, Im from worcester and was having a night out in rhe city and thought it would be nice to just have a place in walking distance to the centre, this was a huge mistake and waste of money i had to get a taxi home and back as the shower did not work , they didnt have an iron and the room was so dirty with cob webs, spiders and dust everywhere, i was extremely embarassed in front of my guest. Im so ashamed and feel that the image of my beautifull city of Worcester has been stained by this establishment (severn view hotel). Ive got alot to say but i'll leave the rest to your imagination (its as bad as you can imagine). KIND REGARDS S.J.BABER
