+ I visited The Red Lion on a personal homage as was born and resident in the village many years ago. I was greeted by Emma who knew all about the village and who was who. I immediately felt at home. The pub is lovely with great beers and food. The room was great value, comfortable and I slept very well. Excellent all around. Thank you 👍 − N/A

Fantastic staff , great bar , poor accommodation + All of the bar staff were extremely helpful and professional, the bar area was very relaxing and Spacious. We were very lucky to be there when the well organised karaoke was in full swing − Our bedroom was very tried and had a damp smell which we had to have the windows open . Unfortunately the pub was on a main road .

Selected to be near to Crick marina. If we return to Crick we would stay at the RED Lion again. + Nice room, very clean. Comfortable bed. Excellent WiFi. Excellent food selection and preparation. Great hosts. − No extractor in the bathroom to clear humidity.

+ Lovely pub in a great location, very friendly staff and smooth check in. − As in most pubs, expect some noise from the garden in the evening.

Overall good + Staff. Food in the restaurant. − Just letting people know . Taxi are very difficult to get and Uber’s don’t come out . You have to book a local taxi.

Great stop half way to London from the north + Staff were great, the food was excellent and large tree car park. Hotel was very comfortable & great value for money. − Nothing

+ Lovely quiet location, not too far from Silverstone. Staff were friendly and the pub offered nice food. − The room was a little tired and the fans in the room could do with replacing

+ Get what you pay for, barely. Wonderful location though, probably best not to stay on Friday or Saturday nights. Plenty of parking. − Bed was so tilted to one side I had to put an entire pillow under the tilting side of the mattress to stop myself rolling onto the floor. Bathroom small but passable. No air con or fans despite the heat wave (other places I stayed on this trip added portable fans to rooms to combat the heat). Biggest issue was there was a private event on so not only could one not dine at the location, but they had a DJ and the event was planned to go on past the normal pub close time. After the event was scheduled it would have been appreciated if paying guests were notified and given an option to cancel since the closed/quiet hours had changed to the guests' determent.
