+ Beautifully renovated apartment in centuries old building. Still has a functioning manually operated cage elevator which adds charm to the experience. Just a couple of blocks from the sea/harbour. Very walkable to major old town sights, restaurants and shopping. The owners live on the property and are very friendly and helpful.

Great B&B in Naples + A lovely couple has the B&B in an excellent location in Santa Lucia, near the sea, the royal palace and the Teatro San Carlo. The rooms are in a grand palazzo on the third floor with an elevator. A good breakfast is served in the room at the time of choice and with a wide selection possible. The owners are very helpful in every way. Our room did not have a sea view, but was pleasant and comfortable.

For the price, an absolute bargain, genuinely one of the best hotels I’ve ever stayed in, and have been a boutique hotelier for some years now. Book it now, you won’t regret it

+ The hosts Gabriele and Manuela are tremendous! We really enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend their place. It is very spacious and immaculate. I doubt you will find a better place for that price range. 5 stars all the way around. Oh and Manuela makes the best scrambled eggs for breakfast !

What an amazing little B&B in Naples! + I loved staying at B&B Orsini46. Was in Naples for a night to spend right before my flight and loved the location, hospitality, cleanliness and everything! Parking wasn't too tough either, plus this location is walkable to all the nice areas and restaurants around. Getting to Old Town is a little tough but nothing that's not manageable. I highly recommend staying here on your next vacay to Naples.

They have thought of everything one needs in their room. Their breakfast is fantastic and they are so welcoming. They deserve every award they have won!!!

Wonderful stay, Great location + We had a fabulous stay at B&B Orsini46 which is situated in a great location close to the seafront, with it's good restaurants and close enough to the action of town, but away from it's busy streets. The hosts were excellent and provided a lot of useful information and tips. Breakfast was very good with many different options, there is even a coffee machine and kettle in the room. The room was large and with a high ceiling. We would highly recommend and will book again next time in Naples.

+ Great short stay at B&B Orsini46. The owners were wonderful. Kind, helpful and responsive. The room was clean, updated and quiet. The location is right near the waterfront’s pedestrian walkway which made for a beautiful evening stroll to dinner at the delicious Antonio&Antonio for traditional Naples pizza. Thank you for a great stay!

+ Big room in quiet and walkable area. The owner reached out in advance to give us advice on how to get there. Gabriele was also very helpful when we arrived and giving us suggestions of what to do in the short time we had. Breakfast was great. We could choose what we liked the night before and it was served in our room. Great place to stay!

+ Hosts were great! We had a quick stay one night. We had to leave early for flight, the host accommodated us and had breakfast 10 minutes early so we could make it to airport with enough time. Food was great! They also had taxi called for us in morning. We walked about 10 minutes from the ferry, easy to get to. Such a cute place decor was beautiful with everything we needed. Thanks again!

+ Had a wonderful stay at B&B Orsini46, arrived early before our check in time and room was ready for us , our hosts were very welcoming and friendly, gave us a map and told us about great restaurants, bars and loads of ideas of things to do while in Nsples. Room was very clean and welcoming, breakfast was served to your room at whatever time you requested the night before and was always delicious. Would highly recommend staying here as the location is perfect and area felt very safe.
