とても気持ちの良いおもてなしをしていただき、嬉しかったの一言につきます。 + 夕食、朝食と部屋食で出してもらい、目の不自由な家族にとって大変親切な対応をしていただけた。 ２部屋を並びで用意していただけた。 − 階の一番奥の部屋だったのですが、配膳等の前後の時間、外部の音が気になった。

We had a wonderful experience. + The breakfast and dinner were both exceptional. The staff is lovely and attentive. The onsen(s) are amazing and have a lovely view. Bonus, they allow tattoos without coverup. The location is super convenient and just minutes to the ferry or cable car. − The internet connection is not very good.
