The worst mistake I’ve made on any holiday booking that hotel. Who wants stress on holiday. Booking.com makes life easi + Don’t go there. The best thing I liked was the walk out! − The receptionist is the rudest person in the whole country. I made a booking, special trip to get there at 10.14am to make sure I paid for my stay. When I arrived he rudely said none available. Don’t bother booking. I got a message saying I have to pay 50% cancellation fee! Even though he cancelled me! Booking.com helped and got that fee cancelled. I’ve stayed in loads or places and I’m clean & decent so he didn’t tell me no because I’m undesirable as a customer. If you lose 50% just message booking.com they are very helpful.

Là lần đầu tiên nhưng sẽ ko bao giờ có lần thứ 2 chọn chỗ Novelty này + Chỉ được vị trí gần biển có thể đi bộ − Phòng bụi bẩn nhiều, vật dụng dơ, drap rách và chắp vá nhiều, ko có lễ tân, thái độ phục vụ kém, cáu gắt

Trải nghiệm Vũng Tàu 07/2026 + Không gian phòng ở 502 khá ổn. Tiện ích, rộng rãi, cửa sổ nhìn xuống mặt tiền đường Hoàng Hoa Thám. Nếu từ 12h trưa đến trước 14h có phòng sớm có thể nhận trước ko thu phí. Nếu muốn nhận trước 12h trưa nếu có sẵn phòng sẽ phải phụ thu. Khi trả phòng 12h trưa nếu ở thêm cứ 1 giờ là tính thêm 50k. − Không có các gói trà, cafe. Nước suối vẫn phải trả tiền ko dc miễn phí như các khách sạn khác. Số lượng móc treo khá ít. Không có cách âm nên phòng bên ồn ào vẫn nghe rất rõ. Giường phía bên sát vách nhà tắm ko có ổ điện hơi bất tiện khi phải sạc điện thoại xa. 😕
