Good + It's clean and exactly like the pictures posted on booking.com − I didn't like the pillows, the aircon position, no dressing table mirror in master bedroom, no cutlery (not even disposable)

A very good and comfortable stay overall. Loved the kitchenette facilities, easy to make breakfast! − The master bedroom bathroom drain was not draining the shower water quickly, and the bathroom felt a bit slippery, as if it had not been cleaned thoroughly, making it difficult to walk out of the bathroom after a shower. Otherwise, it was a comfortable stay. I would be glad if at least extra towels were provided, as washing them is possible, but the drying area doesn't dry the towels quickly.

Very nice unit in a good and pretty quiet location + Location, layout of the unit, bright and no direct sunlight. Good size swimming pool. Gym is ok if you are not too fussy about the equipments. There is a food court within 10minutes walk (Jalan Desiran food court) where they have lots of nice Penang local food. − Bulky and heavy keycards- this is personal preference and not a criticism on this property.

Excellent well equipped apartment in a convenient location + Very pleasant spacious apartment, well equipped with everything you could possibly need. An excellent location , not too far from the city centre, with a beautiful sea view. Free parking for guests. Good value compared to hotel rates. − Nothing to dislike, only thing was the check in/check out procedure took some time to understand, but got there in the end.

Pas d accueil excepté les agents de sécurité qui nous ont aidé

Good but be sure to chosse sea view unit + Location is good between city and batu ferrangi − Not very hight level , there is no sea view only facing the other buildings
