The facility was not very welcoming in terms of its comfort and value for money + The location is quite central − The intern was not very communicative. She failed to instruct us which lift to use and we ended up at the opposite end of the building where she has placed us. We went to the other wing and could not find the room. As I was travelling with my 79 yr old Mother and 81 yrs old Father, the walk from one side of the building to the other was strenuous for the seniors. When we finally got to the correct wing, the key card and/or door for one of the rooms was faulty and my son and I had to go back to the reception counter to change rooms. Imagine having to do this after 7 hr drive from KL! The phone in one of the rooms was not working either.

+ Great location, cosy lobby, friendly staff. − Old facilities, smelly carpets on 4th floor, molded wall on room 4019, dated and rusted gym equipments, limited seat for breakfast, elevator switch need repairs.

+ Spacious, clean and looks new. − Smells like old hotel. Receptionists need to be trained. They also didn’t explain well where the elevator is. When they saw us searching and walking around, didn’t bother to help us find.

Honestly I didn"t have much expectation about this hotel but I do find it comfortable except for lif + The breakfast was good (especially telur masak separuh, already prepared, and boiled just the way I like it). The mattress was comfortable. Nasi dagang is so so, I had better. − The lift in the building that I stayed didn't work well especially to go down. It"s quite distressing since I was there as a speaker for the conference and my talks were quite early in the morning for both days. I hope the hotel is doing something about this.
