− Booked a room at One World Mirissa and visited the property to make the payment. Before proceeding, I politely requested to see the room. The reason is surrounding Front area and unfriendly reception. However, the manager (a lady) responded in a very rude and unprofessional manner. She spoke to me harshly, showed no welcoming attitude, and did not treat me with basic courtesy. Her behavior was disappointing and made me feel very uncomfortable as a guest. Cant pay from bank card. They first appearance is very very bad. Sometimes staff and room and pool will be good. But manager very rude lady.

− The property had poor maintenance, was very unclean, and was uncomfortable. Don't get deceived by the photos here; the real condition is very bad. Even the breakfast wasn't that good.

Very bad place with no safety − I do not recommend this place to anyone. It was shitty and smelled bad the whole time. The bathroom felt like it was 100 years old and had no ventilation. This place seems like a spa with hookers, I guess. No one should go there. This should be removed from Booking.com. There are many nice, good places around Mirissa, so please don’t visit here.

Excellent + The owner n the front desk is sweet. Pool is exceptionally beautiful which is sea facing infinity pool. It’s the only 1 in that area which has a beautiful view of the sea. Rooms are nice and specious. 24hrs hot water available. Ac and tv are in working condition. Mini bar available to chill ur drinks for the hot beach of Mirissa. Loved it

− The staff at the reception are attempting fraudulent practices to swindle the customers/patrons. I was asked to pay in cash again saying that they have severed their ties with booking.com already and that the booking is no more valid. When we tried to leave the premises on hearing these comments, the same guy suddenly shows on his mobile the booking details. When questioned, he tells that we will need to pay in cash to avail the booking. Though, the option on booking.com is there to initiate the invoice, to charge to the credit card, they were adamant that we pay them in cash. finally, they asked us to cancel the booking knowing fully well that the cancellation charges will be the full amount. Finally I had to go to the other property nearby to book a room. It seems I will lose the whole booking amount on this. THIS PROPERTY MANAGEMENT IS INTO FRAUDULENT PRACTICES.

fabulous, enjoyed the short stay at pool almost and had a nice sleep ahead of a whale watching tur + booked two dormitory rooms but received a upgraded sea view pool front rooms. − could have done some maintenance and upgrades to the bathroom and doors
