Υποχρεωτική - Μέτρια + Είναι μεγάλο διαμέρισμα και ανακαινισμένο σε κεντρικό σημείο της πόλης. − Το διαμέρισμα ήταν βρωμικο . Επειδή φτάσαμε βράδυ 1:00 δεν μπορούσαμε να το αλλάξουμε και είπαμε ας κάτσουμε και τον επόμενο βράδυ για να μην ταλαιπωρηθούμε. Η είσοδος του κτηρίου είναι βρώμικη. Πίσω από τα κρεβάτια στο διαμέρισμα δεν έχουν καθαρίσει ποτέ , στο δωμάτιο κοιτάγαμε τα πατζουρια και ήταν βρώμικα από μέσα , οι καναπέδες θέλουν καθάρισμα και χρειάζεται βάψιμο έχουν μαυρίσει οι τοίχοι , στο ένα μπάνιο το καζανάκι της τουαλέτας ήταν χαλασμένο και τρέχει το νερό , έπρεπε να σφουγγαρίσουμε μόνοι μας . Τα φωτιστικά του δωματίου είχαν μαύρη σκόνη (δεν είχαν καθαριστεί ποτέ ) Εάν καθαριστεί σωστά θα είναι αρκετά καλό . Είναι κρίμα ένα τέτοιο διαμέρισμα να το έχουν έτσι

Bene + Casa a pochi metri da Vitosha boulevard, zona tranquilla, casa molto ambia, adatta a 5 persone Due bagni − Cattivo odore all’interno dell’appartamento, probabilmente proveniva dalle scale perché c’era sempre puzza di fumo. Mancava un set di asciugamani

Non ci tornerei + Buona posizione . Vicino al centro . Ricca di negozi di ogni genere . Atrio un pó datato , casa abbastanza accogliente − Host assolutamente poco cordiale, disponibile ed intransigente . Ci ha fatto vagare per Sofia con i bagagli dalle 14.15 alle 15, nonostante la struttura fosse libera e pulita perché il check inn, si deve fare alle 15. Scambio di messaggi in uscita che hanno confermato la sua mancanza di empatia .

Good position in Sofia + Riservatezza e check in facile . Buona posizione e casa con buon riscaldamento e tanto spazio. Doccia grande. − Le foto rendono meglio . Non voglio criticare, mi aspettavo solo un po più di cura . Un solo asciugamano per 4 giorni mi sembra veramente poco , almeno un’altro per le mani serve e un tappetino per la doccia !!! Biancheria e cuscini potevano decisamente essere meglio. 2 mini Sapone per 4 giorni e 2 persone troppo poco! Macchinetta del caffè vecchia e servirebbe una moka almeno. Palazzo fatiscente anche se so che il proprietario del B&B non ne ha colpe . Scrivo queste cose per migliorare il servizio ma ringraziamo per la riservatezza e per la buona comunicazione con l’host.

I'd come back here + Even though they had to move our reservation twice they still were very responsive and managed to get us a nice apartment. The flat was great with all necessary things included. Very close to all attractions and the recommendations we got from the host were excellent. It is on a very quiet street so we all had a good night sleeps. The beds are comfortable and also very clean. − The shower is a bit leaky but not too bad. I'd check the TV as there was no service on it. Maybe having an updated TV and streaming services options would be great.
