+ Prima locatie, verhuurder denkt goed mee − Er zijn stilaan een aantal zaken te vervangen door slijtage, zoals ramen die niet goed meer sluiten na kipstand, douche die niet goed meer kan vasthangen aan frame, barsten in vloer badkamer

+ L endroit est sympa, l équipement, le confort, l aménagement.. − Les planchers sont assez légers! Les locataires au dessus étaient très bruyants jusque tard dans la nuit et tôt le matin. (Bruit de pas et de chaises)

Top kamer dicht bij het strand! + Ruime, mooie kamer dicht bij het strand. Vriendelijke uitbaters! − De douche liep niet goed door en de kamer werd hierdoor nat, want het water liep uit de douche onder de deur van de badkamer door.

Heel prettig en positief ervaren. Annick is erg gastvrij en fijn in omgang. + De sauna was heerlijk! Fijn bed en ruime kamer. − We waren in de veronderstelling dat er airco aanwezig zou zijn. Maar ik denk dat ik dit verkeerd heb gelezen. Het mocht de pret niet drukken want we hadden de ramen opengezet en het was prima te vertoeven.
