Einfach traumhaft, absolut zu empfehlen! Vielen Dank, dass wir so schöne Tage dort hatten! + Die Zimmer sind sehr schön und sehr sauber, das Personal überaus herzlich und freundlich, die Anlage traumhaft schön. Auch das Essen (Frühstück und Dinner) war hervorragend! Wir haben uns sehr sehr wohl gefühlt! − -

Fijne plek om uit te rusten + Vriendelijke personeels, schoon, genoeg faciliteiten om te relaxen. − De luidruchtige ventilatie in de badkamer, of mogelijk de airco, produceerde een storend bromgeluid dat niet meer past bij de standaarden van tegenwoordig Heel veel eetgelegenheid op loopafstand, jammer geen veilige route voor voetgangers, of beter gezegd niet geschikt voor voetgangers. Bij navraag bleek bijna iedereen met de auto of motor te komen

Tranquil and Peaceful Place. + Massive Beautiful lush green garden , tranquil and very peaceful. Staff are so helpful and polite. Could not fault them. The room are spacious overlooking the green garden. Beautiful relaxing spa massage. Enjoy our 3 nights stayed. − Breakfast could have been a lot better. Poor variety and freshness. Lack of passion. Lot of flies inside the Breakfast restaurant and they don't do nothing to prevent the flies. The room wasn't particularly clean and no hand towels. We had to request one.

Probably my last + As expected. − This is my 2nd stay at this facility. On the last day, I lost one of the room keys. The hotel was stingy about it. I already lost and suffer from the lost as I have to wait for.my spouse to comeback to get inside and you still charge me. I know it's very minimum value but, you are a 5 star hotel. I rarely have to return the plastics door key at other 4+ star hotels. I get it that rule is a rule. However, not sure if I want to come back here

+ Personnel très réactif pour toutes demandes. L’emplacement est top, près de beaucoup d’attractions. Le restaurant japonais a l’étage vaut le détour. − L’hôtel étant en altitude, la piscine est froide. Ça ne nous a pas gêné .

A relaxing and enjoyable stay with great service and a beautiful resort atmosphere. + Beautiful resort with a relaxing atmosphere, spacious surroundings and excellent facilities. The service was warm and attentive, and the overall environment was very comfortable and peaceful. − Overall, I had a very pleasant stay. Some areas could benefit from a little more maintenance and updating, but this did not significantly affect my experience.
