مناسبة وأدت الحاجة المطلوبة + الفندق قريب من الشارع والمحلات التجارية والسياحية والغرفة نظيفة وإطلالتها جميلة وقت الصباح وبها شطاف والموظفين جيدين ولكن سعره غالي ومبالغ فيه، كان الافطار يقدم في طبق واحد وفي حالة زيارة تدفع مبلغ − سعره غالي والإفطار ليس بوفيه ولا منوع ولاشيء مميز سواء إطلالة الغرفة الصباح ولن أسكنه مرة أخرى

Great view of Mount Batur! + I suppose many would book the hotel for views and they won't be disappointed. The room provides the great unobstructed view of mount Batur and the lake. The bed was comfortable. The bathroom is functional, no issues. − Like many places, it is not too well built. You will get a direct sunlight right into the room, so of course you'd use curtains to reduce the heat. And, of course, the curtains are wonky, don't cover everything, sag in the middle :) everything that you would expect from a hotel with missing standards.

Schönes Hotel für einen Trip in die Berge. + Schönes Zimmer mit Blick auf den Mont Batur. Service und Personal sehr freundlich. − Am ersten Tag hatten wir kaltes Wasser. Wurde aber behoben.

Hotel met een prachtig uitzicht maar totaal ongeschikt voor ouderen. + Het uitzicht op de kamer was fantastisch! De zonsopgang was onvergetelijk mooi. − Het bed was verschrikkelijk oncomfortabel. En er was geen lift dus het was constant traplopen. Ik ben 69 en heb een kunstknie en versleten heupen dus dat was afzien.

+ Cela a failli être bien la chambre donne une vue sur le volcan et le lac mais on n'en profite pas Tout est mal conçu et mal fait. Construit à la va vite victime du développement touristique . Mais surtout ce n'est pas propre les draps sont douteux la douche sale et les peignoirs conservent des taches. La partie restauration est minimaliste. Rien n'est fini et peu commode. − Ben tout

+ Благодарю ! Очень хороший чистый комфортный отель ) С видом на гору и озеро ! В отеле брала такси что бы поехать к озеру и погулять ! Всем рекомендую ) Очень хорошо ! Мы там были два дня и мне было хорошо 👌🏽

Great hotel with a spectacular sunrise view from your room. + The view from my room was breathtaking. I woke up at 6:00 AM, sat on my bed and watched the sunrise. Sun coming out in between two mountains (Mount Batur and Mount Agung) was spectacular and hearing only the twittering of the birds was so peaceful. The room was spacious and clean. The staff was also nice and helpful. They booked me a jeep tour for the next morning to go up Mount Batur. And the location was perfect. It is just a few meters away from Akasa Coffee which is the most popular cafe in Kintamani as it went viral on social media. I think, you should not look for any other hotel in Kintamani and book Devanora Hotel right now. You won't regret it. − Nothing.

+ Udsigten var god. − Maden var skuffende og små portioner. Der var ingen håndsæbe og ikke særlig rent. Jeg skulle selv opsøge personale flere gange (restaurant og reception). Byen føltes ikke tryg at gå rundt i, så vil anbefale anden transport. Der er overraskende få indbydende restauranter, til gengæld en del handle muligheder.

Scam + The view − The rest. It's a random dump and the advertisement on booking.com is false. It would be okay-ish for a price of 400.000IDR, but no more. A list of what we noticed: The junior suite is advertised at 48 m2, but in reality it's less than 30m2 Multiple damages in the bathroom; rusty nails sticking out, greasy grout, low warm water pressure, broken toilet seat You can hear every single sound from the adjacent rooms: snoring, talking etc etc. Materials used in the room are cheap and plastic Cockroach in the restaurant Anyway; most things I can accept as quality issues that can be improved but paying 1.2 million IDR for a 48m2 junior suite which turns out to be a 30m2 room feels like a scam. I addressed it, but was simply referred to their 'no-refund' hotel policy, which is a dirty, laminated A4 paper they present to you upon check-in.
