Dont miss it + The spirit of traditional bali house and houses and trees and flowers. Explanation of everything concerning bali culture and life. Super meals, especiallly dinner. You feel like a member of their family. You are in the remote village in the center of bali farmers life, if you want, you have the opportunity to live in bali without tourists. Paintings of one young family member Mako, who is also barong dancer.

Tranquil and relaxed guesthouse. + Tranquil and relaxed atmosphere. Beautiful garden. Friendly and hospital family. Clean room, nice crisp sheets. Good breakfast and dinner. The rice fields are just around the corner of the guesthouse. Walking to the nearest restaurant is about ten minutes. The dog of the guesthouse might bring you to the restaurant! It also has big swimming pools were we had a nice swim. There is no refrigerator in the room, but we could put something in the family’s refrigerator. − The smell in the room was a bit stuffy.

Best stay in four holidays we had in Bali. + Our stay at Arsa Wayan was a privilige and a joy. Mr Wayan and his extended family (and pets) opened their doors and their hearts to welcome us. Arsa Wayan is situated in the small village of Bakas within the region of Klung Kung. The family compound is surrounded by rice paddies with walkways making exploring the area very easy regardless of age. We were always accompanied by the matriarch dog Chilo who made sure we never got lost. The rooms were very comfortable with king sized beds, lovely cotton bedding, aircon and ensuites. The local cuisine we had at Arsa Wayan was the best we'd eaten on multiple trips to Bali. Highly recommend the cooking class to truly appreciate the work that goes into preparing the local dishes and how to best extract flavours. You don't want to eat anywhere else once you taste the food they offer. Mr Wayan and his family were very attentive whilst being very respectful of our space and family time. …

Only stayed the one night but would return if in area. Basic room, great hot shower and owners very chatty and informati + Great family home and owners were so friendly and helpful. One of their dogs acted as a guide to take us to restaurant through the rice fields,stayed with us while we ate and took us back. Amazing − Couldn’t day there was anything we disliked

Best Bali experience + Przepięknie położone gospodarstwo, tuż przy polach ryżowych. Pokoje są zadbane i wygodne. Gospodarz Arsa Wayan i jego rodzina bardzo dbają o dobre samopoczucie swoich gości, których traktują jak członków rodziny. − Jedynym minusem była długość naszego pobytu w tym wspaniałym miejscu.
