Beware - cash stolen, safety compromised, false advertising, unfulfilled promises and owner tried forcing us to leave! − We were looking forward to a nice family vacation in ubud. However, after we returned to our room after the first day, $310 US dollars was missing from my purse. We had locked the room and the villa and the cash was in an envelope in my purse. The property doesn’t provide safe deposit boxes so that wasn’t an option. When confronted, management denied taking the cash. However we know for sure that it was there in my purse when we left and locked the room. The only people that accessed the room was management. We knew our CASH WAS STOLEN!!! We met the owner the next day and he wasn’t able to resolve the issue or return the missing cash. He then tried to force us to take all our belongings and leave early though we had already paid for our entire stay. We asked if he would refund us if he didn’t want us to stay and he said no. Stunning villa surrounded by nature with fantastic pool and wonderful host + This villa is a gem and the host is just lovely - nothing was too much. The villa is gorgeous and the pool is fantastic, at night it was stunning. The place is really beautiful and very relaxing. You have everything you need, and we ordered breakfast a few days and that was nice too. Location is good in terms of there are a few nice sunset bars nearby overlooking the valley. Totally surrounded by nature and stars at night, so peaceful. Mosquito coils outside at night worked a treat as well as we had no mosquitoes during our stay. − We are keen walkers so it was okay, but it's a good 40 min walk to the town centre. The route is not pleasant, especially at night, so much better to stay here if you have a car/bike, or if you plan on getting taxis/bikes everywhere. Not much nearby. Wonderful hosts, exceptional service, incredible pool and lovely private garden. + Great service, lovely location and cute garden and pool. The host are exceptionally responsive and helpful with organising drivers, massages etc. − The neighbouring property was burning rubbish which smoked out our villas every afternoon, however it was bearable.

Très beau cadre avec des améliorations à apporter pour devenir parfait + Le cadre était féerique avec une piscine à débordement donnant sur la forêt. C'était superbe − La literie trop dure. Le manque d' équipements (2 chaises longues pour 5, une petite cuillère et 4 cuillères à soupe,...) Les fenêtres qui ne coupent pas de la lumière car il n'y avait pas de volets et les rideaux ne couvraient pas toute la fenêtre.. Le bruit des coqs à 5 heures du matin...

Flot jungle villa men med forbedringer + Smuk villa med jungle vibes − Hver morgen kl. 04-05 vækket af galende haner og gøende hunde. Ikke et sted man kan sove længe samt hundeefterladenskaber foran villaen. Burde de fjerne hele tiden. Det lå alt for langt væk fra Ubud centrum og i meget slidte omgivelser.

Excellent! Highly recommend! + Beautiful property. Only a short drive into main town of Ubud. Private pool has a spectacular view. Staff wonderful and very helpful. Massages arranged at the villa with reasonable pricing too. Could not fault it! Perfect private jungle getaway!

+ Beautiful swimming pool , quite location , owner is friendly , breakfast and massage available like pre-order. Recommended especially for travelers with transport. − Last part of way to the villa without outdoor lights. Could be better to add microwave oven.

Private, peaceful and well equipped for families or friend groups. + Sunny sun is located in a quieter part of Ubud approx 15 mins by car from the heart of town. The villa was well equipped from the room amenities, pool towels and fully stocked kitchen area if needed. There was a large filtered water fountain for filling water bottles etc. Pool and outdoor under cover area were great! A really peaceful space away from the hustle and bustle (and noise) of Ubud. The host went out of their way to help organise private catering, activities for the kids and an in villa massage withiut any hassle.

Wohlfühloase + Wir hatten einen traumhaften Aufenthalt in der Sunny Sun Villa Ubud und können diese Unterkunft uneingeschränkt weiterempfehlen. Vom ersten Moment an haben wir uns willkommen und rundum wohlgefühlt. Die Villa ist wunderschön gestaltet, sehr sauber und mit viel Liebe zum Detail eingerichtet. Besonders gefallen hat uns der private Pool und die ruhige Atmosphäre – der perfekte Ort, um nach einem erlebnisreichen Tag in Ubud zu entspannen. Trotz der ruhigen Lage erreicht man Restaurants, Cafés und die Sehenswürdigkeiten von Ubud in kurzer Zeit. Das gesamte Personal war außergewöhnlich freundlich, herzlich und jederzeit hilfsbereit. Man merkt sofort, dass hier großer Wert darauf gelegt wird, den Gästen einen unvergesslichen Aufenthalt zu bereiten. Auch das Frühstück war hervorragend - frisch zubereitet und der perfekte Start in den Tag. Die gesamte Anlage ist sehr gepflegt und vermittelt das Gefühl einer kleinen tropischen Oase.
