+ The staff was very kind. Helped with everything. Very helpful. Very knowledgeable. The atmosphere is relaxed. Inviting − There was a problem with the air conditioner once, but it was taken care of.

Plus jamais + La proximité de Pompéi et le personnel du petit déjeuner surtout le monsieur plus âgé! Encore merci à lui pour son accueil et sa gentillesse ! − Il n’y a pas deux piscines ou en tout cas pour nous seulement une de disponible… en plus, elle a des heures d’ouverture ! Sachant que pas de surveillance ça n’est pas vraiment compréhensible ! La Clim ne fonctionne pas bien du tout… et surtout le monsieur qui surveille l’hôtel la nuit est méchant, pas accueillant et limite vulgaire avec ses clients, je ne recommande donc pas du tout cet hôtel!!!

Fijn hotel met aardig personeel + Fijne locatie erg mooi met uitzicht op de Vesuvius − Dat we soms geen gebruik konden maken van het zwembad ivm een feestje.

Tolles Hotel + Ein sehr gepflegtes Hotel. Alles wird aller anschein nach, mit viel Liebe in Stand gehalten. − Schade ist die Ruhezeit im Pool mittags und die Preise für die Getränke sind viel zu teuer!

Great location and lovely staff. + The owners were lovely and couldn’t do enough, made a fuss at dinner and loved chatting with the young gentleman who I forgot his name. Great location for Pompeii and Mount Vesuvius and loads of parking space which is free. − When pool side bar is complete, it will be perfect.

Really good + Claro, aquí tienes una versión natural en inglés británico, ideal para una reseña de hotel: The service and attention from the owner and the hotel staff were first-class. Excellent hospitality and great attention to detail. Everything was absolutely immaculate. If you appreciate good taste, comfort and a high standard of service, this is definitely the place to stay.

Lovely hotel with friendly staff who are willing go the extra mile for you + The hotel was lovely with great views of Mount Vesuvious and the bay of Naples from our balcony. The rooms were cleaned every other day and the breakfast was lovely with plenty of choice. Gianni was exceptional and went out of his way to make sure we had everything we wanted for breakfast such as boiling water for tea (Italians drink luke warm tea!!!). After the first day, he had it ready for us everyday without asking which was lovely. The staff were very friendly and extremely helpful going out of their way to accommodate us. Luciano (manager) and Fabrizio were especially helpful when we needed lifts to the train station early in the morning to get to the train station to get to meeting points on time for trips we had booked. The food in the hotel was lovely and not too expensive although I don't agree with them charging 3.50 euros per person for a cover charge when we were staying at the hotel. We ate t…
