+ Tranquillo e silenzioso Personale alla reception gentile e disponibile − Colazione chiusa alle 9 ed anche in malo modo da parte del responsabile. Struttura con interni che ricordano Shining (mancano le gemelle nei corridoi) avrebbe bisogno di un bel restyling. Bel parco ma totalmente abbandonato

Okay bei schlechtem Preis + Gute Erreichbarkeit mit dem Auto und Busverbindung zum Vatikan sind okay. Ausstattung alt aber sauber und okay. − Keine echten Bettdecken die einzeln vollständig überzogen sind. Personal um 5:45 nicht erreichbar, man kommt dann nicht aus dem Hotel weil der Ausgang versperrt ist.

worst hotel ever + Ele Green Park Hotel Pamphili was one of the worst hotels I’ve ever stayed in. The room was dirty, there was mold, and the bathroom was disgusting. Most of the lights barely worked, making the room dark and depressing, the AC didn’t work at all, and even the door was broken. The entire place looked old, neglected, poorly maintained and the whole hotel looks like the backrooms. I honestly don’t understand how this hotel has positive reviews. I would never stay here again and would strongly recommend staying somewhere else.

The location is not the best for people travelling with public transport. In summer I don’t recommend you to sleep there + It’s a nice Vintage Hotel. The workers were not friendly. To solve one simple issue like a cancellation for double booking- after two days we are still waiting for a resolution and a refund. I hope we can get the refund back soon. − It was too warm. The whole building doesn’t have good AC.

− Tesiste konaklama sürecimde aracımı tesisin içerisinde otopark alanına çektim. Giriş işlemlerimi yapan resepsiyondaki personele aracımı çektiğimi belirttim. Onayını aldım. Ancak gece otelde konaklarken aracımın camı kırıldı ve eşyalarım çalınmaya çalışıldı. Süreç boyunca mağdur edildim. Kimse ilgilenmedi tatilimi erken bitirip Türkiye’ye dönmek zorunda kaldım. Kesinlikle güvenli olmayan bir tesistir. Kimseye önermiyorum.
