sehr geschmackvolle suite mit schöner terrasse. sehr laut und lebendig darunter. + schöne , neue zummer mit sehr guter ausstattung. gutes frühstückt mit blick zum meer , lage zur altstadt & strand. − irrsinnig laut bis nach mitternacht durch die musik der lokale unten . kein lift , steile treppen teilweise ohne handlauf . checkin muss man genau angeben, sonst keiner dort .

One night in Palermo! + Everything about our stay and the hotel was fantastic. Giuseppe, the host was very helpful, informative and friendly. The location was perfect, right in the centre of Palermo which made it easy to explore everything on foot. Giuseppe helped us park our car which was provided by the hotel. We can't wait to come back next time to discover more about beautiful Palermo. − We liked everything.

Comfortable, convenient, and would return. + The location was incredible, the staff were extremely helpful and kind and the hotel was very clean.

+ Whilst it was close to everything, it was very noisy − The host showed no empathy when my flight was cancelled and refused my request for a refund for the second night. Leading up to my stay, I felt pressured and harassed by her communication, which I found very rude. Additionally, the air conditioning was out of order, and the temporary portable unit provided was extremely noisy and let in street sound. To make matters worse, a light fixture fell directly out of the wall, leaving exposed wires.

+ The location, host (Giuseppe) and hotel were amazing. We also were able to add parking for our airport rental, and the host helped with our ZTL registration, even though we arrived late at night. We also left something behind, and they went way above expectations and coordinated having it sent Fed Ex to our home in the USA within a week. Also, the recommendations from the host on nearby restaurants were fantastic, and the restaurants open very late at night. Our only regret was not having more time to spend there. − Nothing
