+ La struttura è molto carina e pulita, la posizione è ottima, a due passi dal centro storico di Santiago. Nelle vicinanze si trova qualsiasi servizio (lavanderia, supermercato, ristoranti, fermata autobus, ecc.) I proprietari hanno risposto subito ai nostri dubbi. È stato facile accedere all'hotel e alla nostra stanza tramite il self check-in. − Prezzi un po' alti ma purtroppo è la "media" della stagione

+ La ubicación. − Falta un poco dentilación en las habitaciones y cortinas.

Buena ubicación, pero con algunos aspectos a mejorar + El alojamiento está muy bien ubicado, ya que se encuentra alejado del bullicio de los bares y restaurantes del centro, lo que permite descansar con tranquilidad. La habitación, aunque algo antigua, cumple con su función. − La habitación no tiene aire acondicionado, aunque sí un ventilador. El problema es que, si abres la ventana para refrescar la habitación, entran bastantes mosquitos; sería recomendable instalar mosquiteras. Por otro lado, el patio está bastante descuidado y sucio y no se corresponde con el aspecto que muestran las fotografías.

Camera bella e pulita, colazione pessima + La pulizia e la posizione della struttura − La colazione era praticamente inesistente, il barattolo della crema alle nocciole era vuoto, non è stato sostituito, idem quello della marmellata, caffè finito, 4 fette di pane per 6 ospiti che facevano la colazione, nessun croissant ,

Comfortable with great location + Great location right on Camino Inglés which we were doing so passed on the way in. 10min walk from cathedral. Very comfy beds and shutters so got a good sleep − Shower was superb when got it to work but there was a knack to get it on. So wasn’t able to shower after completing camino. Was also a bath which was a bonus but no plug. Staff sorted out the issue within an hour or so but were no staff on site to resolve sooner. But wound stay again
