Good location near airport if leaving early or arriving very late. + Location was good as I arrived very late and the hotel was only few minutes away from the airport via taxi. Beds were comfortable and the staff were helpful and friendly. − Bathroom floor was almost flooded when showering as there was no shower booth to block water. No soundproof at all so I could hear terrible noise from airplanes taking off/landing all night, and air-conditioner making so much noises inside out.

Airport hotel, good for a few hours to relax and refresh + We only used the room for a few hours before a connecting flight back to Europe; bed was comfy, facilities a little dated but good enough to have a shower and relax a little bit before going back to the airport.

A fuir ! + Situé à côté de l’aéroport − Nous sommes arrivées dans une première chambre ou un énorme cafard était dans la chambre. Nous sommes donc allées voir la réceptionniste qui nous a changé de chambre mais même problème un cafard sur la chaise. Nous sommes donc revenu voir la réceptionniste qui était agacé que nous nous plaignons. Un comble !

+ Good little basic hotel, arrived late into Bangkok with an early flight, so it was convenient. Shuttle service is 150baht extra per person to save some time

+ The bed was extremely comfortable. Despite signs everywhere urging quiet, the housekeeping staff did a lot of noisy talking and laughing. I have mobility issues, and did not appreciate having to go to another building with all of my belongings. When I arrived, I would have appreciated some help, but nobody even held a door for me although it was obvious I was struggling with a cane and luggage. When I asked about dinner, I was told there was a restaurant nearby that opened at 4:30. I was not told about the many restaurants and convenience stores in the area.
