Thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. We will be back. If you’re coming to Pattaya you will struggle to find anywhere better + The property was well maintained and the facilities were excellent. To say the accommodation was spacious would be an understatement, I can’t praise it enough. It’s in an excellent location, nice and quiet but really close to everything you need. The staff are brilliant, the complimentary items you get when you arrive are a nice touch. They even supply your drinking water for the duration of your stay. − I can’t say a bad word about the place.

Wonderful + its in very good location not too close to the nightlife, but not too far from it. Very close to the sea and just right beside the villa there was food court. 7eleven just 5 mins walk. Also, the staff were friendly.

Fabulous accommodation + Large apartment with all the facilities you could want. Private pool was fabulous. − Pool cleaners came a like early. We’re missed the WhatsApp message giving instructions for key pick up, a little confusing on arrival.

Nice pool. + High quality of the condo. Excellent swimming pool that is mostly private. − Shower faucet handle is very loose and the temperature of water is impossible to control. I also had an issue with the shower a few months ago in a Village Austria villa, which I explained to the owner. This was my second time staying at a Village Austria villa, and I was upgraded to the four bedroom unit. I was disappointed that the kitchen did not have the same space as the three bedroom unit. There was very little counter space for food preparation. The water in the kitchen sink and also the bathroom was very slow to drain. Maybe they need to have maintenance inspect the plumbing. The interior furnishings are not the most comfortable. Of course this is a rental villa, so perhaps this is why they have lower end furniture, but the daily rate for these villas is NOT lower end. There is only the television in the main living room. I would expect a villa to have a television in at least one of the …
