Awful + Room was decent and location excellent, but front office service is awful. On our last night, there was a domestic violence situation in another room and no one from the management responded even after being called several times. The police ended up coming at 4am. It was an awful experience. A female guest was screaming for help and begging us to call 911. Several other guests called 911. Sadly the Police took 40 minutes to respond. Management should have had an emergency protocol for Hotel guests There was no response from management or the hotel owner even though a detailed message had been left on their phone at 3:30 AM. They never followed up either. This was very disappointing. Mini Hotel guest were very upset by the incident.

Was here for high graduation for my grsndson + Location to beach, boardwalk and PB − Toilet needs to be reseated, it rocks when you sit on it, sink faucet was loose, refrigerator door would get stuck when open due to improper leveling. Would have preferred more patio privacy.

Cerca de la playa y de todo San Diego + El Hotel está perfectamente ubicado, tiene lo justo y necesario. A pocos pasos de la playa y con trasporte público en la puerta que te permite ir a los puntos más importantes de San Diego sin usar el auto.

Terrible + For the price this place needs a serious upgrade. Almost $800 for 2 nights and the WiFi or room phone doesn’t work. Shower had a weird smell and it just looked trashy. I was scheduled for two nights but left after one. The staff wasn’t even curious to know why. Customer service was very mid to say the least. Told them about the WiFi issue no communication and nothing happened. I asked for a corporate office number and they gave a none working number. I need my money back.

+ Location to ocean. − Our room was in a garage. No view at all. Parking was a problem. We only got 2 coffee pods. The cleaning staff took way through rest of our coffee pods. The office opened quite late so we couldn't get morning coffee. Had to drive away to buy cups of coffee every morning. The toilet didn't flush correctly. Im sure other rooms were much nicer but we were in the garage.

+ My family and I have been staying at this hotel since the 1990's I have come here with lots of different groups of people The location is the BEST and never have to worry about parking And the A/C worked Amazing and cooled the room very quickly − The room we had this time was a bit outdated The freezer in the fridge was broken Our drain in the shower was clogged And it was a bit more money than in the past Plus we kept having to ask for more towels
