+ La posizione è la pulizia − Arriviamo al check in e alla mia compagna la prima cosa che dicono che non c’è posto nel parcheggio in malo modo…premetto che ho prenotato un mese prima proprio x il parcheggio…poi si è rimediato…ma non si accoglie così un cliente che tra l’altro non ha prenotato il giorno prima…

Für mich hat alles gepasst. + Grosses schönes sauberes Zimmer mit zweckmässigen Möbeln. Die Betten war sehr bequem und die Bettwaren von sehr guter Qualität. Das Badezimmer war ebenfalls gross mit einer perfekt funktionieren Dusche. Die Klimaanlage arbeitete präzis und angenehm ruhig. Ich werde sicher wieder hier absteigen. − Das Personal an der Rezeption könnte freundlicher sein.

+ Nice staff who helped with an issue in my room, switching me to a different room with ease. Location is close to the A train which is $10 to use from the airport.

+ It was convenient to the lightrail station and bus stops. Hotel staff were accommodating and even let us check in early, bartender Rick was awesome. − Parking was not included in pricing already. It was $20 daily. & Nowhere to place luggage or clothing. Room was a good size just needed a dresser & slightly larger closet.

Nós decepcionamos com o atendimento da recepção e gerência do hotel! + As instalações são novas e bem confortáveis. O café da manhã surpreendeu positivamente − Pedimos para o hotel guardar nossas malas praticamente vazias enquanto fazíamos uma viagem de moto pela região das montanhas rochosas e foi muito difícil eles aceitarem. Cobraram inclusive um valor de 50 USD por mala sem dar garantias, sendo que na volta vamos ficar mais 4 diárias no hotel. Um valor absurdo! Normalmente os hotéis tem espaços para a guarda de malas e já fizemos isto em outras oportunidades. E o hotel não é barato!

Nel complesso, considerato il prezzo pagato (334$ per 1 notte in una stanza con 2 letti queen), ho trovato il servizio r + Camera pulita anche se piu piccola rispetto alla maggior parte delle altre stanze provate nel corso del nostro viaggio. Buona accoglienza in reception. − L’hotel non si trova vicino ai locali e ristoranti di Rino, per arrivarci bisogna camminare circa 20 minuti e attraversare la ferrovia. La colazione non era a buffet ma consisteva in un caffè e in un piatto da ordinare al bar dell’hotel. Non avevo trovato da nessuna parte questa informazione che invece per me sarebbe stata rilevante e mi avrebbe portata a scegliere un altro hotel. Inoltre, abbiamo atteso 30 minuti per ricevere i piatti che avevamo ordinato, mi sembra un tempo eccessivo, a maggior ragione visto che c’erano solo 2 tavoli occupati in tutto il bar. Infine, mentre stavamo finendo di prepararci, alle 9:15 una donna ha iniziato a bussare alla nostra porta per effettuare la pulizia della stanza. Il chec…

I don’t agree with the policies and will not use Booking.com or Cambria again. − Paid for parking in a muddy gravel lot even though the garage was full. Felt ill and needed to get into the room on our second day. Key didn’t work. Had to wait at the desk for 10 minutes and then had to run my credit card again. Charged $160. Was told it was a hold, that charge is still on my credit card. I was assured it would be removed.
